Mr. Young is great!! He came and gave me a quote quickly, and it was a lot lower than I was expecting. He did the work, even working on a weekend to complete it because of rain during the week. He sent me a picture after he was done, and it was almost dark, so I know he also worked late. I will definitely hire him again when I need more work done. He was a pleasure to work with!!

Mr. Young responded to my call quickly, provided a reasonable estimate, and did the work as planned as soon as the weather cooperated. He was unobtrusive; I didn't know he was working unless I saw his truck. He did the planned work beautifully and completely cleaned up after the job. I will most definitely use him again.

<p>My mother hired Universal Lawn and Floor to help me with my yard. She said Mr. Young was very professional, kind, hard working and punctual. She was thrilled that she found him after speaking to one of my other neighbors on recommending someone. This neighbor said he did tile work for her and she was pleased. Overall, excellent experience and outcome from the perspective of both my mother saying he was reasonable priced, and myself, with the beautiful yard, Mr. Young did an amazing job, it is perfect. I'm so glad a friend recommended Donnie to me! He is such a nice guy and has an admirable work ethic! Just kept going until the job was done, and so reasonable! Definitely helped me stretch my budget. Hard to find someone so caring and sincere:) After he tiled my sun room, I had him come back to do the yard...AMAZING difference :)...and will continue to call him whenever I can use his services.. Yesterday he helped my neighbor with a yard clean up before her arrival back home from a long trip! Thank you Donnie!

Contacted business for trim and floor work. Scheduled to come out and give me a free estimate during the first phone call. Promptly showed up at time scheduled. I was VERY pleased with his professionalism and his pricing. Donnie came out the very next week to do all the work. He had everything finished in a timely fashion! I was extremely impressed with his character and his great quality work! I will never use anyone else but this business again. Excellent work and great pricing!

Mr. Young did a splendid job on getting my yard ready for Summer. He was very detailed with his work and had it done in a timely manner. Very presentable, and professional. He priced me very reasonably for the work needed. I would highly reccomend his services.

Great! My lawn looks like it's out of a magazine. I am pleased with the the fact that he is very knowledgeable on grass growth and has great attention to detail and leaving the yard perfect after work.
