Wonderful. Saving a lot in electricity, it's high efficiency, three panel windows. Saves me about $100 every month in my electric. Last summer it was about $220 this summer it's $102. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

Sliding Door Installation
Robert and his crew did a great job installing my 12 foot sliders into a load bearing wall. Installation was done in one day and they cleaned up the job site. I also liked the fact that Robert actually answers his phone instead of going to voicemail. I would definitely use Universal on another project.

Outstanding services. Someone breaks into my house and smash my window in the living room. I went to the store and the lady in there was very much helpful and friendly. Then technician Robert came by within a couple hours to measure the window. REALLY NICE PERSON. He saw the giant hole in my living room cause by the burblary, and helped me cover it up with woods to make it a bit more safety for us. Absolute amazing service u can get. WAY MUCH BETTER COMPARE TO WINDOW WORLD.

I have an older home build in the 70's and still had the original single pane windows and sliding doors. I called four places around town to get quotes and to see how much it would cost me. Universal Solutions Windows & Doors was by far the best quote as well as the best product. They were very knowledgeable in windows and doors, and they didn’t try and to put a fast one over me. They explained everything to me in respects on how windows and doors can drastically change how your home functions and operates. I also had a two story home with burglar bars, and they didn’t try ripping me off by adding other fees like other companies tried to with removal of bars and two story hazard fees. They were very honest and I am very happy with the work they did. I have already noticed about $100 - $150 decrease in my monthly power bill compared to last year. Totally worth the investment for comfort and savings.
