I negotiated the deal with Shaun to paint my home, which included walls and ceilings. He sent me a contract for $7000 and he asked me for $4000 deposit which I gave him. He then asked me for additional money which I kept on feeding him at this point I am fully paid up. The job was not completed as he never even painted any of The ceilings. I now learned that he never stepped a foot on my job and he’s actually spending his time in South Carolina and my job is in upstate New York. He subbed my job out to a third-party with whom I cannot communicate with. I tried for three weeks straight to have him come back and finish up my job, but he is a no-show. DO NOT HIRE HIM HE IS NOT RELIABLE

"This is not true in many ways . The cleint still owes money , I sent 2 estimates , none were a contract . We finished the full interior and started working on exterior projects . When I began the project I told him I do not live there , I run a business in New York . He had bo problem with it , he has my workers number and has talked to him plenty . I’ve been taken advantage of before , this isn’t new ."

It went really well. He gave me a better price than everyone else. He also did a really nice job and had it done pretty timely. He was great with communication and I have already called him back once. I was bummed out when he moved out of New York.
