Unlimited Solar & Roofing

This company is a scam. It pretends to install a roof and does a very poor job. In my cas, I have shingles that are not nailed down. There was a complete disregard for the rules of installing a roof. Instead of nails used to secure the flashing around exhaust pipes and the chimney, they used a caulking material. The solar panels were removed, but when installed again, the panels were just placed intheir raxks without being secured to the roof. The electrical junction box just lies on top of the roof, not secured by nails, bolts or any other means. I could not get a copy of the warranty, therefore, there is no warranty. I have three dogs, and I madespecial effort to have the roofing company make a very good clean after the roof was done. A couple of weeks after I paid Unlimited Solar & roof in full one of my dogs stepped on a nail from the roof. The vet bill was over $300.00 dollars. They would not pay the bill. It wasn't until another roofing company came to inspect the roof did I find out about all of the problems from the poor job they did. I do not have the $33,000.00 dollars needed to replace this one year old roof. Every roofing company that have visited my home stated that the existing roof will not make it thru the winter. over 20 oif the 42 solars I have are not secured in any way. A strong wind will lift them off the rack and they will lie in and will be blown all over the neighborhood. Beware. This company talks to good talk, but their work will put you in the poor house and looking to replace your new roof with another roof.
