Jeff called within 15 mins. of the request. An appointment was made for Monday. After a short presentation, we signed the contract. Andrew came out to do the installation on Wednesday. I could feel the difference in the temperature on the sunny side of the house within a few mins. after the application and the reduction in glare was immediate. Both Jeff and Andrew called to let us know that they were running late, which was very much appreciated. They were both very efficient and professional. This made for an excellent customer experience. Would highly recommend!!

Jeff was very professional and offered suggestions for my home windows and patio doors tint that would be energy and cost efficient. Then he was gracious enough to change the date of installation for me due to a minor emergency of mine. Chaz, the installer, was on time, prepared and capable. I am very pleased with the results of this project and my next few electric bills.

Firstl, I left a message and Jeff called back within minutes. Was friendly, helpful. willing to work around our schedule. He showed up on time for our "estimate" appointment and obviously knew his business! We had windows in our home tinted, and he had samples and was very knowledgeable, and honest, about the product.He gave us an immediate estimate, and scheduled the work for just a few days later. Chas installed the tinting, and again was on time (even a few minutes early) and was extremely polite. And the finished product looks great! We can already tell a difference in the amount of heat that comes in.Extremely pleased, start to finish!

Jeff came out the day after he first contacted me. He was helpful in finding the type of shades we were looking for and game me an estimate later that day. He promised delivery within two week and they arrived on time. The installer, Chas, arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He cleaned up everything when done; and even helped me move the furniture back in place.

We have never had a problem with their work. They were very good.
