The mold on my basement carpet was eliminated quickly and thoroughly, with minimum of inconvenience and mess. Mr. Jackson and associates were very professional.

Great. He came out to my house the same day that I called and he was right on time. He was extremely educated on the types of mild that were likely present in the basement. I loved that he took care of killing the mold and then walked the outside of the house to help us understand the root cause which ended up being yard grading. Very, very nice and professional. I would highly recommend UPM.

Hugh was able to fit me in with just 4 days notice. He was prompt for the testing appt. and got me the results back quickly. He fully explained the report as well. I would recommend Hugh and UPM to others.

The cleaning and the mold removal in the basement was quite extensive. The job was completed thoroughly and two coats of sealer were applied to the walls. In addition to the work on the inside, U.P.M addressed the issues outside that were causing the water seepage in the basement.

Working with Hugh was incredibly easy and he definitely knows what he is talking about. He gladly explained each part of the process so I was informed on all the work that was being done. Hugh had no problem working around my schedule and he truly made the process as painless as possible. I would absolutely hire him again!

Mr. Jackson did a complete inspection of the crawlspace of a home to make sure mold would not be a concern for future owners of the property. He provided detailed information and a letter with his findings. Mold was fortunately not found to be an issue in this particular crawlspace. He educated us on the causes and or concerns for mold in a home. Hugh was very informative and friendly the entire time.
