"In response to the review made by [Member name], Upstate Asphalt Services has been in constant contact with this customer since the day she called to ask for additional work to be done on her property. The situation only started to turn negative when she was advised that we would not be able to quote and perform the additional work, concrete work in her garage, because it would be a liability to Upstate Asphalt Services and not covered by our insurance. There are antique cabinets that are not able to be moved in the garage hindering the propeer installation of the concrete and creating a liability if damage were to be incurred- by feeling comfortable with offering our services in regards to the concrete work, she became very upset. In the course of going back and forth about the concrete work she did mention a possible concern with the end of her driveway, which was addressed. There was never any mention about damaged siding, holes, or anything to do with her grass- the first time we are learning of this is with the review and we have emails documenting that there was no prior mention of any issues. Upstate Asphalt Services has always answered any of this customer's calls and emails. There are phone records showing that we spoke with this customer on 09/11, 09/24, 09/29, 10/02, 10/14, and 10/20. Throughout that time we tried to set multiple appointments to meet her and discuss the bottom of her driveway but either she was busy or would reschedule. On 11/5 we sent our employee out to review and do any repair needed to the end of the driveway and she was rude to our employee. On 11/15 after this review came to light we made a attempt to mediate the situation and the Owner as well as the Office Manager went to her house. Upon arriving at the property there was no damaged siding, no holes and nothing wrong with her grass that she mentioned in the review. When the Owner and Office Manager attempted to discuss the situation and how we could make her a satisfied customer, which is very important to us, she was extremely rude and did not want to have a professional discussion so at that point the Office Manager began to take pictures so that there would be photographic evidence showing that there was no damage to the property. While the pictures were being taken the customer proceeded to go ballistic, used vulgar profanity towards the Owner and Office Manager and ultimately kicked them off the property."
