McCoy and Andy did a good job. I probably could have saved some money by getting lots of bids, but their reviews were all good and I wanted to have the work done by a licensed electrician. I would recommend them. The only thing they could have done better is to have filled in the trench I dug for this project. That's my next job.

Once I contacted Upstate Electric. They explained to me that they were working on a Hot call. However they would get with me once they were done. With in 15 minutes they were at my house. These guys are awesome! They were very friendly and knowledgeable of my issue. The workmanship ship was spot on. My wife said that she was impressed with the quick response. We were thinking that it would take a day or two to get someone out to look at this. I have a few more things that I need done. I will definitely be giving Upstate Electeical a call again. Honey do list just got a little easier. Thank you again for such Great service.

Everything went very well. Josh and Dan were great! First, the guys were neat and clean after a long day at work and even had the booties. They stayed on task, both were busy. Really glad Upstate sent 2 people, because one held the pendant and things went very fast and more smoothly, then my previous experiences. The guys even helped move the table back so we could sit in the chairs make sure it was hung at the proper height and they even tested it to make sure our taller guests wouldn't hit the light when they got up from the table. I have hired 2 other companies from Angie's List to do electrical work in Greenville, SC. I could not recommend them because of issues. I definitely would hire Upstate Electrical Solutions again.

This is not the first time that we have utilized Ian's services and as in the past he is very professional as well as courteous. He fixed the problem as soon as he discovered that a ceiling bracket was missing. While he was there he took the time to check a similar light in the foyer area and assured us that this fixture was installed properly.

He was professional and efficient, which I really appreciated. Even though he found a wiring error in the new range vent hood I had installed as well as a wiring error in the GFCIs, he corrected them and stuck to his original bid. Upstate Electrical Solutions LLC is unique because Ian accepts emergency electrical calls 24 hours a day. Highly recommend. Will do business with again.

Upstate Electrical responded promptly .. arriving at my home within 30minutes. He was friendly and thorough. He helped me fix an annoying and simple problem. Within 15 minutes the problem was solved. He didn't accept payment. A great man and company. Highly recommended!

Discovered multiple outlets in the house that suddenly were not working. I tried all the amateur handyman fixes/troubleshooting and could not find the problem. I called several companies who wanted a service call fee (separate charge that would NOT be applied to the price to fix the problem) and could make it out in 1 to 2 weeks. Called Ian and explained the problem, he stated he could be out in 2 hours! Ian came out with his helper right on time, was so very courteous and professional. He tested all the circuit breakers, checked the outlets and determined it had to be in the wiring of one of the outlets. He stated he would have to go through them and see which one might have loose wiring. Then and only then did he quote me a price to proceed with the analysis. He isolated and fixed the problem within 30 minutes! If you want a very professional gentleman who is tech savvy yet still has old fashioned work ethics, this is your man! I saw that he also did whole house generators and referred him instantly to a friend who wanted one installed.

After getting an astronomical quote from an electrician earlier in the morning, I decided to search again. I picked this company from a list not knowing who I would get. Ian was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and promt. He came right over, gave us a reasonable and acceptable quote and got to work with his helper. They were very efficient, got their work done in a timely manner and cleaned up everything from their work area. I will be using them again and recommending to friends as well!! I highly recommend!! So happy to have a new electrician I can trust!

The entire job went better than expected. By this I mean that I had purchased the 2 fixtures and the ceiling fan prior to Ian arriving. Upon his arrival at exactly the time he was scheduled, he discussed the 2 fixtures for the garage and indicated that in his opinion we would not be happy with the results and explained why. He suggested another type of fixture and said that while I went to exchange them he would start working on the fan. Needless to say we are extremely satisfied with the results and now value his expertise. As a matter of fact we asked him to give us an estimate on further work which he discussed with us as to what would be the best way to go. We consider him to be a true professional and a gentleman. We would recommend him to neighbors should they be looking for electrical services. <br />
