"Its unfortunate you were unsatisfied with our service sir. We installed a sub panel with a 220 for hot tub 5 outside outlets and a new service for 2500 2750 originally 3000. We gladly gave you considerable discount. When the tech arrived the first day late or not you were not ready so they did what they could then left to finish other jobs that were ready. The second day they were on time and done in 3-4 hrs so they collected payment and left. It makes no sense for them to stay and continue working on nothing to satisfy your expectations on how long they should be there. When the tech left you expressed how pleased you were with the project and only posted this review after you were told that we would not provide additional services for free. Again Its unfortunate you were unsatisfied because you didn't get more for an already considerably discounted price. We would be happy to install any feature you add to your home at an industry standard price. Have a blessed day"
