USA Carpet Cleaning arrived, immediately went to work, were very professional and did a great job.

They did a great job! And they came back to redo one of my carpets that had a faint water stain and made it perfect!

The two gentlemen came on time and did a very professional job. They got right to business and were able to make our bedroom area rug look like new! They also did an excellent job on our upholstery and were able to remove wine stains (from our kids), candy stains (from our grandkids), and the dog poop brought in on everyone's shoes. My wife and I are very pleased and highly recommend USA Carpet Cleaning.

I was off. I hoped they could come right away. They fit me in within 10 minutes at the end of their day. Someone had stayed with me and made my downstairs rug awful with greasy spots and dog urine/#2. Smells and looks beautiful now! <br />

Daniel is the young man who runs the show in USA. I called him because he had great YELP reviews. <br /> There was a prompt pickup of my call, we arranged a time and day to see the rug and take it away. The provider took a little time to get to my home that evening, as I am in Eastern Queens and he was in Astoria, but there was regular contact the whole while. <br /> When he took the rug I realized that there was no address on the receipt and the man did not take any deposit from me, and he did not take credit cards, so I got a little scared that I had made a mistake and they were going to clean and re-sell my rug. As I was thinking this, a second guy came to take the rug ( not the boss) and I asked if I could take his picture and he allowed me, nicely. I also asked for an address and he gave me a Park Slope addy as the main office. I texted later and asked about the place the rug was actually going and they gave me a full address in NJ. They also told me in a text  "I understand and if you don't feel right, we can turn around and bring the rug back, no charge." <br /> I let it go. <br /> It took a little over a week. I had been told 5 - 10 days. It was just after thanksgiving and going on 9 days and I had not heard back, so I made a phone call to check on things. I was very nice, but the guy sounded a little curt with me and said "Well it's the holidays." and I replied "You knew that when you said 5-10 days. I just am calling to see what's up. It's the 9th day today." He complained a bit more or sounded upset. I said that I am calling about MY property and that's all, and why shouldn't I? He chilled out, and then at the end of the call said, ironically, "Call me any time with any questions you have." Wow! That's what he told me when he first picked up the rug too, so naturally my head was spinning a bit from that one.  :) <br /> The next day he called me and said he had told the people who had my rug that it was a rush job. I got my rug back in another day or so and it looked gorgeous! I have to say they did a great job.  The boss stayed and chatted for 15 minutes. He was very nice and honest. All in all he did a good job and said he cared about his reputation and he apologized for the curtness from the other night. He gave me a discount off the original agreed price too.  I would use him again!

I called them because we had just moved into our new home and the hallway upstairs (all carpet) had some serious dirt from the movers. In addition, I had moved over a large area rug that I was going to trash (dog had peed on it numerous times). I figured that I would give it a try and have it professionally cleaned. USA Carpet Cleaning came right on time and did an amazing job. All of the stains were lifted and the area rug looked and smelled great! In addition, they removed a black ink stain from my daughters room. You couldn't tell that there was ever a mark there. The workers were extremely nice as well. I would highly recommend them! <br />

Robert gave me an estimate based on 700 sq. feet of carpet plus 13 steps . They showed up on time got straight to work. They deodorized, pretreated spots and got to work. The one word I can use is WOW. The carpet look as it was just installed. I believe that Robert saved this carpet from the city dump and saved me thousands in new carpet. I would recommend USA Carpet cleaning to anyone who wants to save their carpet . My carpeting is clean an free of urine smell. <br /> <br />THANK YOU FOR BEING THE BEST <br />

Very courteous when I called for a quote and to schedule service. Showed up on time, performed steam cleaning of two area rugs in less than half an hour, and were wonderfully pleasant and helpful. I will absolutely use this company again, my rugs look as good as new!

They were on time and were diligent. They did a decent job. There was an area that they didn't do as well as we had hoped they would so we called them and they came back and did it again. It did take two shots and it is still not really great but they were nice people. We would probably not use them again.

Extremely rapid and professional service, with the entire process taking between 30 and 40 minutes to complete. <br /> <br /> <strong>Of particular note: </strong> my cell phone battery had been dying for much of the week, which kept me from being able to receive the confirmation call from USA Carpet Cleaning until the day of the treatment. When I called their office directly, they stated that they had assumed I wanted my service cancelled since I didn't return the confirmation, but since I <em>had</em> technically booked the service and I had called to check up on my request, they took the time to hail by radio the cleaning crew closest to my apartment and tell them to stop by my home once they had finished their present assignment (which was at least 30 miles from my house, no less!). Having done this, they gave me an updated service time which the cleaning crew stuck to punctually. I was extremely impressed that their operations were so well coordinated that they could reroute service like this in the same day!

The service was good. I was happy with them. I have no complaints. I don't remember how much I spent. Everything went well. They got back to me. They showed up on time. They were very professional with the work they did. I would use them again.

<p>They were recommended to me by another company.  They were very nice, very friendly, and very professional.  They were also very quick and very efficient.  They even did one of my carpets for free.  I was not with them all the time that they were doing the work, but I didn't feel uncomfortable.  They were really good.  I'm very happy with the work that they did.</p>

They did the work on a Saturday morning. They were prompt, courteous, professional, efficient, neat, and pleasant to have in the home. And they did a terrific job.

The contractor is very concerned about the client satisfaction. He performed an outstanding job. On the day he was going to my place, there was a problem with his machine. He called me gave me an estimate on how long it would take to fix it and kept calling me after each update. He was very professional and his job was outstanding.
