took out the old walk. Sent one employee who had no idea what they were doing to do the form work. Called several times. Would not return calls or did no further work. Reported to better business bureau as well as filing a claim in court

Nicholas Fratine was quick to come look at the job and take my $6,000 deposit money 50% down, stupid me. Showed up a week late. Did a lot of damage to my lawn in the process of removing concrete. Said he," would fix lawn after job was finished". He came one day and removed the old concrete and i have not seen or heard from him since. He will not answer calls, texts, or emails. I wish I had researched him more on the internet. This is what he has done to a lot of people. Nicholas Fratine has changed the name of his business several times Fratine and Sons LLC, Fratine Concrete Services, and to now USA Concrete services which is how i found him on Angie's List . Nicholas Fratine moves around alot seems to have 3 or 4 addresses. signed a contract 7/6/20 it is now 9/15/20 and i have to find a new contractor and I'm out $4,500 plus the cost to repair my lawn.
