Work completed in a timely fashion. Worked around the weather. Gave updates on when they would be back. They cleaned up everyday before leaving. Used top of line paint. Completed all wood repairs .

Paul and his team painted the entire interior of our home. They were quick to come in and give us a quote, had reasonable prices and was in constant communication with us. They accommodated a few additional requests that was a great benefit to us since we were out of state. The job was completed beautifully and Paul walked us through the house on FaceTime so we could see the finished results. I hired USA Custome Painting after receiving 5 estimates to paint/black out the ceilings of my fully furnished basement. Ben and his crew took the meticulous time to cover all my furniture, electronics, walls, and carpeted floors. The work completed by Ben and his team was beyond excellent! So good! Ben and crew were incredibly communicative and when I adjusted the scope they promptly told me options & fee adjustments so I could make an informed choice and not lose on timeline. The end product is 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 we keep getting stopped by neighbors telling us how good our house looks. I love it! Also the quality is spot on and they were super tidy & cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!!

The communication was outstanding, starting with the initial call for an estimate, which was quite reasonable, all the way through to the project's completion. They did an outstanding job with the prep work, painted the home's exterior exceptionally well, and ensured a thorough cleanup after the job was finished. Fantastic experience. Literally from the start to the finish. I used the Angie search to find USA and saw all the great reviews. Called and talked to Ben on the phone and was impressed (I painted apartments exteriors for a while so I know a lot and the games). Very straight forward, clearly focused on the quality with quality products. Got a time/day to visit, was on time, quote was sent later that day. He had to work with me on timing as I had a gutter repair job to be completed first which took about a month. Then once I gave him the go ahead he gave me a date that was about 2 weeks later and they were one-time which was great. First day was all the protective trim and remaining the holes (d*** woodpeckers) and anything else needed. Next two days of painting. The two guys (father / son) were awesome. Good guys … would asks questions of what I wanted here and there when needed. Finished at about 3 pm day three. And was told 3 days. Looks great and I was honestly surprisingly happy with the quality. They did a great job. They even suggested a special product that helps keep woodpeckers away. We see how that does. As for cost, I got a student painting and one other quote and they were better than student by 10% and competitive with the other. So, my final review comments would be, did what they said, on time, great quality, good price, and very good guys. Anything else I could ask for? I don’t think so and so I whole heartedly would refer over. Thanks Ben for a great experience. Was so happy with the entire experience I even tipped the two guys. Thanks again Ben.

Starting delayed twice. Caused us to delay vacation once. Left within half hour of them being finished. Did not get to really examine the job till two weeks later. However prep was excellent. Paul did a marvwlous job of painting. Was a bit rushed on the last day due to weather. Only found one drip on the deck, no big deal. Quite satisfied with job, but should have planned for it earlier in the summer, rather rhan the fall.
