The whole team at USA Insulation was a pleasure to work with - I experienced a friendly, professional level of service from the receptionist answering phone calls and scheduling, from the consultant who provided the job estimates, and to the two-person installation team. We only insulated the back addition of the house, for the walls and sub-floor above crawl space. Based on my experience with USA Insulation, I plan to hire them again to finish the rest of the house.

The bedroom above my garage always seemed extra cold from the rest of the house. As such, I decided it needed to be insulated. This is a new home -built in 2016. However, home builders appear not to insulate garage space. I found USA Insulation by google search. They had great reviews. I called, and owner Ryan Zondervan came out to my home, gave me a quote and set the date for project. His crew, Laramie and other, came out on time and informed of how they were going to do the job and showed me the insulation- very good quality. The crew was very friendly and professional. The bedroom now keeps the heat in the room better. I am so glad I found USA insulation. They are top notch and I highly recommend them.

USA Insulation handled the work extremely professionally, and they worked with me as I was out of the state at the time. Both the technician and management were responsive and timely. The technician showed up when he said he would and handled the work as discussed. I will definitely use again if I need future insulation work.

Received a quote to install insulation instead. Sales rep glanced in the attic and gathered information to prepare estimate. Probably could have gotten a free estimate so I am disappointed.

Both salesman and worker suggested I leave house which I didn't. Not one but two young men came in house to use bathroom. Foam was stuck on carpet upstairs and stairs going down. Glove and other materials were left. My upstairs wheelchair was moved, so I could not sleep in my bed that night. I asked for pictures of work and only got one, so I don't know how much foam was actually received.

Sales Rep Strengths: - He didn't have any "demonstrations." (I hate misleading demonstrations) - He was knowledgeable and did not have a "sales pitch." He explained the product and options, explained the condition of our current insulation, and answered our questions. He understood the technologies (fiberglass, open-cell spray foam, closed-cell spray foam), and helped us understand the pros and cons of each. He did not do a hard sell on the more expensive option. What stood out in the installation process (blown fiberglass): - They sealed every crevice that opened into the attic. That included gaps in the framing, around light fixtures, bathroom fans, vent openings, etc. - They included Insulated zipper covers for our attic hatch and for our whole house fan. - They vented our bathroom fans to the soffits, to keep the insulation dry. - They installed soffit baffles, to keep the insulation from shifting and covering the soffits. - We discovered a problem after they left, and their office was ON TOP OF IT. The problem ended up being trivial (light switch flipped that controls furnace), but they were ready and willing to cover any repair costs if damage had been done. I would definitely do business with this company again.

They did exactly what they said they would do. They did an inspection, and a pretty good analysis of the insulation in my attic and my crawlspace. I had not complaints about that part. However, their follow up to do the actual replacement of the insulation seemed high to me.

General areas inspected, however I would have liked a closer inspection & analysis of soffit venting or closed off due to blown insulation overflow.

Ryan answered all of my questions and concerns about the foam product they use and shared with me the practices they use to ensure the foam is installed correctly for maximum insulation value. At no point did I feel any sales pressure. Ryan and his crew did a great job on installation -- they were quick, friendly, and clean. On installation day there were a couple of decisions that we had to make-- the space above our windows was only accessible from inside the house. They recommended insulating this area from the inside, until we found out that the amount of empty cavity space was much smaller than anticipated. Another small area on our front porch was accessible from the outside but because of a peculiarity with the house's architecture could not safely be injected with foam. For this area they gave us the option of blowing in insulation into the cavity (no extra charge). I was pleased that they were willing to go above and beyond what we originally discussed to do the best job possible insulating the home, when it would have been just as easy to disregard the particular challenges our house faced. Ryan shared with me infrared images of our walls, which they use to verify that every cavity gets insulated. I also got to see an extra piece of the foam and how it hardens to a styrofoam-like consistency over time. They patched all of the holes on the mortar of the brick so that you can't even tell the work was done. Since the insulation was installed it has been much more comfortable indoors and our furnace has been running a lot less often. The airplane noise has significantly been muffled from the insulation in the wall (we don't live directly under the flight path). Also, this company submitted a Georgia Power rebate claim for us. I highly recommend this company, especially for those with older homes lacking in wall insulation.

Went very well. Installers were courteous and professional. During a follow up visit to complete a small portion of the overall install, the installer did not realize that he had pulled a wire for 2 ceiling lights in my living room ceiling. I did not discover the problem for a few days after the install was completed. I called Ryan Zondervan for help. He asked me to hire an electrician to find the problem and fix it. I did and he quickly reimbursed me. I have been pleased with the install, and with their quick handling of my electrical problem. Anyone using USA Insulation of Atlanta will be very happy with their work.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from USA Insulation of Atlanta! Their energy consultant was on-time, professional and did an excellent job of listening to the problems we thought insulation could help us solve. In our case they felt there were 2 options that would work for us and he didn’t push the most expensive solution on us! In fact, he recommended the less expensive solution based on his findings! He promised the install team would be on time, courteous and thorough. They were all that and more! They made sure to cover everything before they got started and cleaned everything up when they finished. They actually had me walk with them inside and outside next to their truck to verify that I didn’t see anything else that needed to be picked up! And the best part of it all is that the work that was done has worked exactly as we hoped! Our house now reaches the temperature we want it to reach so much faster than before and stays there so much longer. And we’re saving a little more than we expected! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The insulation went well, but I think there was a problem with the salesman part. I had a concern with the price. I have a concern with the square footage, because they sell the product by square footage, and I don't think the square footage was correct as to what they charged me for. I would use them again if I had to. I wont need them again.Â

Couldn?t be happier with USA Insulation of Atlanta! The energy consultant that met with us and evaluated our home was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. We decided to go with a wall and attic insulation package. The install team was thorough. very professional, and did an great job of cleaning up when they finished. The owner came by during the install to meet us and gave us his number and told us to call him at any time if we needed anything. He even sent us a hand written ?Thank You? card. The foam they injected into our walls has been amazing. Our air conditioner previously never turned off during the day when above 90, but now it turns off all the time. The savings are going to be great! Highly recommend this company for anyone looking to make their home more comfortable and energy efficient. <br />
