"USA is very sorry for the confusion in insulating Mr [removed member name]'s house. Our installers did exactly what they were trained to do. We drilled through the wood, insulated his house and plugged the holes . The confusion was: Mr [removed member name] thought we took the wood 'siding' off the house to insulate. He assumed this because in the video we removed the vinyl siding. Mr [removed member name] assumed we would remove his wood. The only way of removing his wood'siding' is to saw it off. The only question our installer had was to determine what color plug was used. Our installers asked Mrs [removed member name] and she chose white to match their house. Their house was insulated properly.Mrs [removed member name] signed off that everything was fine. Later, Anthony did replace all the plugs with wood plugs, sanded and textured so it was ready to paint as agreed with Mr [removed member name]. Mr [removed member name] talked to Tim, the owner, and they agreed on an amount USA would give Mr [removed member name] for paint. We thought this resolved the issue. We haven't heard from Mr [removed member name] since."
