This company hires bad plumbers and does not stand by their work. I've actually taken the time to file complaints with the Illinois Attorney General and the BBB, as well as posting these reviews so others don't make the same mistake by hiring them.

Horribly. The plumber he sent had to be asked to wear a mask. He damaged my kitchen counter top beyond repair and didn't tell me, I found the damage myself. He didn't put cauking around the sink, he didn't tell me, I found it was not done myself. The owner refused to give me any of the $700.00 I gave him back. He also left the biggest mess. I didn't want him to come back to finish the job because I don't trust him. Because the owner refused to give me any money back on the botched job, I reported USA plumbing and sewer to the BBB to find he had several complaints from several customers who he was unable to satisfy. The plumber he sent to my house had 2 complaints on the BBB website. I regret the fact that integrity and honesty is something this company doesn't care about. If you damage someone's countertop, let the homeowner know before they pay you. If you run out of cauking material let the homeowner know you didn't finish the job before you accept payment. Shady practices is something I don't tolerate. Now I have to replace a counter top I had no plans to replace.

* STAY AWAY * Horrendous service. Did not stand behind. Have used other plumbers in past for same service without any problems. Resorted to this company on an emergency basis and was excessively charged. Roots were not cleaned out of sewer properly and same problem reoccurred within 12 days where basement was flooded and clean out stack and cap were damaged by plumber from when service was performed. Company would not stand behind work, wanted to charge more money a second time, and management/ owner would not return calls to speak with over matter. Resorted to different company who completed job properly and stood behind work. Currently seeking restitution. Worsee company I've ever dealt with for any type of home repairs. Company also has previous complaints through Better Business Bureau.

We had a bathroom supply line leak ,which unlike a sewer line , needs a more urgent fix as the water is under pressure. Also the shower lines don't have a shut off . I called USA plumbing and they quickly paged Suarez , their on call plumber. Suarez was very professional and also smart about the work - as he saved us a lot of money by squeezing in the fix without opening up the bathroom walls which had granite tiles.

After several phone calls, each where I was asked what my problem was (but the information never seemed to be relayed to the next person, so I had to keep repeating it), the owner or manager offered to send his guy out to be at 7:30. 8:25 rolls around and I finally get a call letting me know that the plumber was at the door- unsure why he didn't just ring my buzzer, but fine, whatever. His name was Antonio. I showed him a leak I had in my kitchen sink (which I mentioned during each of the phone calls, as well) and he said that it wasn't a big enough problem for him to fix, and his "boss would be angry if he came all this way to fix a sink." I'm sorry? If it's a big enough deal for me to call a plumber over, then that should be reason enough. I can't fix it myself- so do people who get leaky sinks just have to live with it, because it's not a "big enough problem"? Anyway, I show him to the leak in my bathroom. Not five minutes later he comes out of my bathroom, tells me he can't fix it and that the problem is that the "temperature in my condo is wrong." This toilet has been leaking since we bought the condo in August of last year- cold, hot, dry and rainy, this toilet leaks. He demands $250 for coming out. TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS. I am stunned, I'm alone, I don't know what to do, so I start writing a check. He tells me they only take cash. I tell him I don't have cash. He tells me that the company requires $250 cash to come out (which was not disclosed on either of my phone calls) and that if I had called him directly, it wouldn't have cost so much. I repeat to him that I don't have cash, and he says that I can write a check for $150 and give him some cash for "his guys" to make it even. I thought the company "required" $250? What happened to that? I repeat for a third time that I don't have cash. As I write the $250 check, he starts telling me about how his boss doesn't pay him, so if I want the work done (work I was just told he COULDN'T do), I should call him and he will charge me less. Now I'm out $250, have a leaky sink, a leaky toilet, and a determination to let everyone know what a shady company USA Plumbing & Sewer is. I see on the other review sites that they are trying to blame "someone else using their company name" as an excuse for bad service. I found them through Angie's List. All of their companies are verified. I'm not buying it, and neither should anyone else. There are dozens of other plumbing companies out there that will 1. do the work and 2. not rob you blind.

Plumber unclogged bathroom sink well enough (at a high cost) but when i mentioned I had a kitchen double sink that was clogged because debris would come up in the other sink when garbage disposal was turned on, he offered to fix the sink on the side without his company knowing about it. Problems started from the start. The plumber kept insisting the problem was that the disposal was installed wrong. Never mind I never had this problem in 10 years since the kitchen was remodeled. Now the disposal was re plumbed and now the sink leaks and he won't answer his phone. The plumber was also limited in English enough so that he couldn't fill out the work invoice I, the costumer had to fill it out. All in all very unprofessional.

I've had many plumbers try to fix my sink and every time it went right back to the same issue. Called USA and they sent a plumber immediately. Haven't had a plumber so kind and respectful and knew exactly what the problem was. After the work was done he cleaned everything up. I didn't have to worry about one spot missed. Definitely highly recommend this company if you are looking for professional work.

They fixed the sump pump. They were very professional, and knew what they were doing. I would definitely recommend them.

They were great. It was expensive but they did the trick. My husband went out and bought a new faucet. The original faucet had been there for probably about 20 years. To get it off required some extreme strength and extreme tools, but he made it happen. He was amazing. It happened the night before Thanksgiving so he had the in-laws, my two kids, everybody all staring down his neck while he was doing it. He kept us all very entertained while he was doing it. He was Jake the Plumber - I don't think we will ever forget him. The cost was somewhere between $500 and $800 when everything was all said and done. He was timely and clean, polite, like I said, entertaining, and just very patient. He was just really great. For price, it was an emergency service, at that moment we would have dropped whatever we had to. I would imagine that if it were more scheduled it wouldn't have been so expensive. We took the guys private number, that's how good he was. He did a great job.
