The finished job we received was terrible. Calls to the owner were not returned. 5 year guarantee was verbally given and not sure it will make it through a year.

I hired USA Pool Services LLC., for snow removal, because I was getting shoulder surgery. Benni promised to remove the snow from my driveway and sidewalk. This all sounded like what I needed. At the end of January, we have had 3 snowfalls of 3 inches or more. The USA Pool Services LLC., has not plowed any snow from my driveway. He shows up 12 to 14 hours after the snow stops, usually between 2 and 4 AM. By then, the snow has turned to ice. He is not able to remove the ice at that time. He applies lots of salt. This contractor has overbooked snow removal with commercial locations, therefore, he is not able to provide the snow removal service to residential customers he verbally promised. I wasted the money I paid, I recommend you do NOT. My wife and I had to shovel all the snow that fell after his removal failures.
