USclean was very friendly and proffesional, I like the fact that when they arrived they knew exactly what they were doing and got started right away and wasted no time. There was lots of mold and mildew in our shower with broken grout lines, they're regrouting and tiles resealing took care of all that, now my shower looks new. I highy recommend this company!! <br />

USCLEAN OWNER GREG DUNN WAS HIRED TO DO TILE WORK ON BATHROOM SHOWER..AFTER GREG <br /> COMPLETED CAULKING THE SHOWER,IT WAS OBVIOUS THE CAULK COLOR GREG CHOSE WAS TOO  <br /> DARK. I BROUGHT THIS TO HIS  ATTENTION,GREG REPLIED  "DON'T WORRY ITS STILL WET <br /> WHEN IT DRIES IT WILL BE A LOT LIGHTER" I ASKED HIM ARE YOU SURE BECAUSE "IT <br /> LOOKS REALLY DARK"..AGAIN GREG REASSURED ME. WE WAITED 3 FULL DAYS AND IT DID <br /> NOT LIGHTEN IT TURNED DARKER. THE FINISHED WORK LOOKS TERRIBLE.. GREG APPLIED THE CAULK IN A CARELESS MANNER,CAULK RESIDUE WAS LEFT  SMEARED ON THE TILE.   I REACHED OUT TO GREG EXPLAINED MY CONCERN.  <br /> I ASKED THAT HE REDO THE CAULKING TO THE CORRECT COLOR.  GREG SAID HE WOULD REDO <br /> IT AT MY EXPENSE HE WAS GOING TO "RECHARGE ME" FOR HIS MISTAKE.  AFTER I TOLD GREG <br /> HIS WORK WAS UNACCEPTABLE HE STATED IN A HOSTILE MANNER, "YOU WOULDNT SAY THAT <br /> TO MY FACE IF I WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU." THEN HE ABRUPTLY HUNG UP ON ME. <br /> THIS WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING,AS I WAS GIVING GREG THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE <br /> THIS RIGHT.  GREG DUNN IS  UNPROFESSIONAL .  I DO NOT RECOMMEND USCLEAN.

Excellent. I've had other companies complete this work in the past, but I've never been more please with the completed work that USClean completed. There was no mess left, the workers wore shoe protectors while in my house, and they were very courteous. I will definitely call them again in the future when I need other work done.
