After calling countless plumbing companies that could not respond to our emergency plumbing issue I was starting to lose hope. Then I tried Angie's List to see if there were any professionals closer to home. That is when I came across Bill with Us Drain, Inc. He was kind enough to come right away and let us know exactly what was going on with our plumbing issues that were causing us so much grief. We very much appreciate his expertise and would recommend him as a trusted professional to our neighbors and family in our area.

They came right out when I called. They provided great quality work and their price was reasonable.

They did a pretty good job. They fixed her grass as well after they were done. They cleaned up and didn’t leave a mess. They had some good employees who were professional. They came out the same day that my mom called them. They were out the next day to do the job.

Bill was very responsive and came out to assist on Saturday. He was punctual, and addressed our immediate concern about clearing the drain. He did suggest that if there was an ongoing problem to call him back, considering the way the pipes were configured. A few days later, we had a similar issue, and Bill worked to get his team back to my location, and within a few hours, the pipes were reconfigured, the drain was snaked to the street, and the water was draining faster than it ever had! The price was fair, and the job was completed - WITHOUT having suggested a huge upfront cost, they tried to keep the repair limited to what was truly needed. Call Bill!

Timely, responsive, cleaned up everything, finished the job in one day. Cleaned all the water out of my basement also. Would highly recommend.

His crew was phenomenal! They were awesome. They knew what they were talking about and they didn't go any further without showing us what was happening. They came and got the job done and were excellent.

They showed me through the camera, everything that was going on and what they would have to do. Kept me informed of when the got the equipment and started the service immediately the next morning and showed me every step and why they needed to do that. When the dug up the old tiles that went from the main sewer line for the city. Very professional and was very careful to not dirty the floors. Felt that it was a really good price. They were very willing to stop and talk to me regarding what they were doing and why. They had to bring the trenching equipment to dig up the yard, they were careful to not make a mess or large amounts of damage of the yard and they did some landscaping around the area to make everything look normal.

I called and they showed up immediately, even with the amount of snow we were receiving and the amount of roads that were closed. They were very prompt, kind and professional overall. They were very attentive to make sure I was understanding everything that was going on. They were able to show me by camera what exactly happened and what they were needing to do to repair the problem. They wore boot covers in my home to make sure there was no mud tracked throw my home. I felt very confident that I was getting good service. .
