Use My Guy Services came out on the appointment day and on time and got the facia looking brand new. They were able to match the paint and get the job done. I would and do recommend them to everyone. They are amazing.

In January, I gave this service provider an "A" rating. Unfortunately, that first visit did NOT fix the problem. They had to come out the next day because the leak got worse - I had to turn off the water main to the house. Cost - $125. Fast forward four months: the faucet started leaking AGAIN! I called them up expecting an abbreviated service charge for such a short life-span for their work... Nope, I got charged the full price, $125. Now the tub's drain: the technician ended up cutting a hole in the wall because the pipe under the drain was wobbly, and he said I had leakage below the tub, and his supervisor would have to come out to see to it. Next day the supervisor came out, took a look, and told me that I needed a bathtub remodel because I did not have a p-trap and the pipes attached to the tub were for a kitchen sink not a bathtub, and the fix should cost just under $3000. I was freaked out about the supposed leak under the tub, imagining mold, etc, so I asked them to schedule me for the next available slot. A friend recommended that before I committed to the remodel, I should have a plumber come take a look at the situation because they'd been to my house and didn't think my tub lacked a p-trap. So, I had a licensed, bonded, and insured plumber come out to take a look and: a) I DO have a p-trap, b) the pipes used on the bathtub were standard bathtub remodel pipe set sold at hardware stores, c) my bathtub did not need replacing, d) the plumber replaced the pipes with another standard pipe set, checked for leaks and cleaned up, all in about an hour's time for a small fraction of the 'remodel' price. I did end up cancelling the Use My Guy Services appointment (I had been provided no details on the job specifics, or actual quotes of any kind), and I did eventually send an email to them detailing my less-than-satisfied experience with them. I have received no response.

Much quicker response than anyone else I have requested recently. Very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in getting work done. Have had problems getting this type work and other landscape repairs done timely, correctly and at reasonable cost. This company does variety of services and I will definitely call them first for future needs.

The two handymen were so professional and quick with their work. Both items were done well. The response time was amazing. I called in the morning and by 2:00 pm the work was done. They cleaned up very well and even put the ladder away that I had out in my own attempts to install the light. I will be using them again soon. <br />

John was early for the appointment. He got the work done quickly and all went well. He was friendly and professional. i plan to have him back in the near futures to install more dimmer switches and to replace a bathroom cabinet.

Called early this morning, and I was able to get a rep out here within a few hours of my call. I really appreciated the courtesy and professionalism of both Connie (who I spoke with this morning), and Joshua (who did the work). <br /> I put a 'B' for the price because I have no idea what this type of service usually costs (I did not shop around), but I know plumbing fixes are generally expensive, so I figure that the price charged is comparatively fair. <br /> <br />

The provider put in new toilet seats, fixed a sticky bathroom door (shaved it), caulked the garage and bathroom, minor repairs on the front door. He was efficient and a very nice person. Would definitely use again. <br />

John removed some cabinets in my garage. I appreciated that he called ahead to notify me of his arrival time. While performing the job, he was very friendly and helpful with some electrical issues. Brandon was the man who came to do our service, and he was very punctual and did a excellent job. What I would also like to stress is that I had made an appointment with another handyman, and he canceled the last minute, so Use My Guy, stepped up and fit us in the very next day!
