John at US Home Improvement replaced a few sections of siding that had succumbed to rot and old age. He was prompt in responding back and was able to complete the work on a weekend which was even better. I asked how much life the rest of the siding had in it, to which he gave an honest response that it still had a few seasons of life left. That honesty was appreciated as he did not push a full remodel on the spot. We’ve already decided that when the time comes for a full remodel, we will choose US Home Improvement.

I got a spoof call talking about this business name bus said the location was in Virginia. So I took the liberty to call the business directly and it's in the Boston area. This gentleman was nice and professional explaining this has been happening for years people using his business name. He is a victim of India trying to scam people. It's our governments fault for allowing spoof phone numbers to reach people.

We couldn't be happier with the work they did. We called a few contractors to get estimates, John called us back in a timely manner while the others either didn't call back or waited a week or longer. We looked at that as to say US Home Improvement is serious about their business and about our time. John and his son both came to speak with us and give an estimate. John knows his stuff and his knowledge and confidence put us at ease. When they started work, they started when they said they would and finished in a week. They worked Saturday and Sunday! We added a few extras to our plans, an extra outdoor light, new front door with more "presence" and we asked them to "do something with the ugly deck pillars" We didn't know what could be done but, they did. Our front door and deck look great. John was always available to take calls and answer questions. Again we are thrilled with the workmanship and any other aspect you could think of. People have stopped their cars to tell how nice the house looks. We will hire them for any other work we do. I can't recommend them enough!

John Carroll and his son John did an excellent job with repairs done to my 2 1/2 family house.  John was easy to work with and any time I needed to contact him, he quickly responded.  Pricing was on point. <br />      After the harsh winter and high winds, a large section of vinyl siding on the back of my house blew off.  Replacement siding was perfectly matched and seamlessly blends.  The siding on the front porch was buckling due to improper installation and it now looks great. <br />      Inside of the house three locksets were installed to replace original door closures in my 1895 home.  Three new windows were installed and now function beautifully. <br />      Overall, I am very pleased with all of the work they have done and would recommend them to anyone needing home improvements.  Thanks John and John. <br />

Fairy well. <br /> Lock on patio door poorly installed, requires a special adjustment motion to make it work. <br /> Basement door also has lock problems: The handle lock and deadbolt lock cannot be locked at the same time due to misalignment. Only one or the other can be used. <br /> Otherwise the doors operate well and look good. <br />

Friendly and relatable.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />  We liked having him around.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Wife's Review:  John and his team are excellent.  John is an encyclopedia of knowledge, and has an exceptional crew.  Communication with John was excellent, and he was always available to answer questions, as well as help with other issues unrelated to the siding.  He and his crew arrived everyday, promptly, and gave us updates throughout the siding process as to how much longer it would take.  John and his younger son run a tight ship and excellent business.  They were thorough and fair.  I enjoyed having John and his crew around everyday that I intend to hire them for additional household projects.  John gave me very informative information regarding replacing our decks, but never put pressure on me to purchase this service.  I would recommend John Carroll and his son John for any project.  You will not be disappointed!<br /> <br /> </p>
