Elias and his crew did an amazing job with our kitchen floor tile! It transformed the space. They were courteous, tidy, friendly, and their work is amazing. We are already talking about next projects.

The men were very professional, yet friendly, and worked diligently to finish the work in the time they specified for my job.  They were customer oriented and the tile was installed in the way I requested. <br />

See above.  Job took about 5 days.  Started work at about 10:30-11:00am, however stayed late to get work done each day. <br />

I took this service provider because I wanted to get the tile done quickly and well.  <br /> The scheduling was a bit strange.  The foreman rescheduled early because he missed my message. That was fine and I understood because I hand't taken work of yet. He wanted to reschedule again, after we committed, but I had already taken of work. I explained I could change it if need be but I wasn't happy about it and he told me they hold true to their agreements.  <br /> The installer that did the work was on time and very nice. However, he told me that he was expecting to work on a bathroom. After I explained that I had a single kitchen wall for tiling he asked where the tools where located. I explained that I had the tiles and grout but the sale I purchased was that the provider would handle everything else. The installer understood and went to get what he needed. About 20 minutes later he came back and started working. The installer worked hard and he was really courteous the entire time at my home.  <br /> The issue I have is that he started working on the tile before looking at the grout. After putting up the tile he realized the grout wasn't correct for the spacing and I had to purchase new grout to complete the project. I purchased the grout from the company that sold me the tile and they were confident it would be satisfactory for the tile size and I would have more than a few tiles left (I have one). The installer also used grout on the tile row that met the counter and it should have been a caulk.  The tiling around my outlets wasn't great and I had to buy larger plates.  <br /> All in all, the company was really polite. The installer was very nice and polite as well. The installation does look nice. I've had to correct some missing grout, I still can't get good fitting outlet plates and I had to caulk the lower tiles to prevent water from getting to the drywall. <br />

The final product looks good and the Deal I purchased for the service was a good price.  A piece of trim in my bathroom was broken in the tiling process, which at first I was upset about because the workers left without telling me about it.  However, when I asked about it they sent someone to fix it and the employee told me the other guy hadn't told him about it or they would have said something, so it all worked out okay.  I would use this provider again, I appreciate that they took the time to come fix the issue.  The employees worked very hard and were polite.    The owner helped me figure out what to do about some troublesome issues (heater and window in the shower) so I appreciated that. <br />

Rendering seemed more 2D and only showed the exterior of addition and NOTHING of the interior, which was the most important part for us. <br />

We did not respond because of health issues. Sketch didn't appeal to us. <br /> <br />

I never received what I paid for, which was a 3-D rendering of a new bathroom layout.

Eli and his crew did a very good job. They completed the the work quickly (3 days) and professionally. Antonio and William were very good at their jobs.They were also friendly and polite. They worked hard and stayed until each phase of the project was completed every day (generally10 hour days). These two workers are well versed in all aspects of remodeling and their craftsmanship was very good. We would rate the quality as B+. I suppose if they had a dedicated tiler, a dedicated carpenter, a dedicated plumber, etc the quality would have been slightly higher - but the cost would be much higher. So the value is excellent. <br /> As with any project like this, there were a couple of minor bumps along way but they took care of them quickly and thoroughly. They even returned to fix a couple of things that popped up after the job was completed. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied with the results. <br /> We're very happy with the completed project. We definitely would use US Home Remodeling again. Everything went very well with the job.  Good communication upfront, and they did the extra plumbing work for a reasonable fee.  I was very pleased with the tile installation, the installer was very good, and the whole crew was a very hard working bunch.  They also installed an extra light in the shower which was a last minute add in request during the job, again for a reasonable price.  They were also meticulous in cleaning up after the job was completed.  I was very satisfied start to finish. <br />

Elias was great to work with. He was very helpful and explained a great deal. The workers who did the job were efficient and professional. The work looks great. The only reason I gave them a B for punctuality is that they did not start until 10am. However, there were coming from an hour away to get to our home. I will hire them again without quesiton. <br />

Most of the time things went well. Whenever I called or textured they responded quickly. There were some errors made they always blamed typing errors on someone else. Finished product is nice. <br />

All work went well, had to come back on the second day to grout tiles. <br />

Elias very helpful in giving us ideas of how to update the bathrooms. The crew was efficient and got the job done on schedule. Only issue was the shower door needed adjusting after the job was completed. Crew was not always punctual but their work ethic was great! The job took them five days to complete. They were able to do the job within a month of the estimate! We would hire them again! <br />

It wasn't a big job but it took 4 days to get done. I had to pick up the materials but apparently it wasn't enough. I had to go back 2 different times. It would have been more time efficient had they told me how much they needed initially. Overall I am happy with the work.

If the work that US remodeling did in my bathroom is any indication of the rest of their projects then they are going to be my only phone call on projects moving forward.  Every aspect of this project went well and we were updated when a few issues came up as soon as they ran into them.  Tony and Tony were extremely friendly and professional while at the house and made sure the site was cleaned up before they left every day.   <br /> Eli honored the online deal pricing for $1,100 each bathroom and then had very reasonable adders for the accent/trim pieces we wanted.  Also, when they ran into an issue of needing to frame up an outside window before moving forward with the job he kept the price reasonable as well on that. <br /> We weren't sure if they forgot about us on the first day because they didn't show up until around 10:30 am but once they got there they moved right along on the project and were in and out within 4 and a half days for both units. <br /> There were a few other aspects of the job that I feel that Tony went above and beyond and didn't try to nickel and dime us on.  He added a small piece of trim to make the edges look right and told me to just pick up the material and he would take care of it while he had all the tools with him. <br /> When we start our next project Eli and his guys will be at the top of our list.  You won't find a more reasonable price for the value that they provide. <br /> <br />

just a little confusion at the beginning as to what I expected, I bought the package so no one came out to look just talked over the phone. The confusion was quickly cleared up and things went well. Tony worked later to complete the job because we only had one bathroom, very considerate man! The job looks awesome, very courteous and thoughtful crew! Good job! <br />

I found Elias to be very communcative and responsive during the entire process from receiving the initial quote to completion.  All questions or concerns I had were promptly and fully addressed.  The level of craftmanship displayed by Tony was outstanding and I felt the pricing to be fair.  Simply stated, I would not hesitate to use US Home Remodeling LLC, for future projects, and have recommended them to friends and family <br />
