"This was a great challenge, this particular set of steps are unique and we are glad you feel that way about the finish project."

"We would like to apologize for the misunderstanding. After making an assessment on your shower for over an hour, we found mold under the old caulking, the service tech provided the pros and cans on what would happen if the caulking was replace with mold deep under the surface. This shower needs to be replace and is why our service tech did not proceed with the caulk replacement of this job. We advise to contact Angies List Customer service for a refund. This deal was purchase on their end and it needs to be refunded on their end. Thank you for your review and sorry we could not be of service."

"We are a company that provides quality before quantity. We started this project a day behind making sure that the previous job was completed before starting this new one. This job had a time frame that we had a hard time with from the start, after a full day of applying 3 coats of primer making the sure we do prep right, we was rushed to start painting after 2 coats of paint the old colors was still showing through, we had no inconvenience doing what it takes to finished it the right way and providing top quality service. Before we did touch-ups, clean up, and put back switch plates, basically before the final day of the job, we received the final payment and we was told (that was fine, we'd take care of everything) Thanks for the review we would have love to complete this job 100%."
