Ulises and crew are the best! They built an addition, added a bathroom, rehabbed our kitchen, and more. Their work was thorough, precise, and completed in a timely manner. They are totally reliable, and the crew works together like a well-oiled machine. I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else for construction or remodeling work.

We've loved working with Ulises, Emilio, and their crew. We've now done 2 projects with them and they've been super easy to work with. Our first project was constructing a 1/2 bath out of a prior water heater closet & reworking our laundry room space overall. A very small space, but it turned out way better than expected and we absolutely love it! It's become my favorite place in our house! Our second project has been the updating/remodeling of our kitchen and we did not hesitate to choose their team for this project. Ulises is communicative, his prices are fair, they show up on time, and the quality of work is excellent. Lastly, Ulises is just a really nice, down to earth guy to work with and this sentiment seems to trickle down to his crew!

Ulises, Emilio and team were fantastic to work with. We have done 4 projects with them starting small with wall repairs and a bathroom renovation to a full kitchen/dining remodel and a ground up build of an ADU. Ulises provided detailed estimates, timelines and was able to stick to both. The team was reliable, detail oriented with finishes and professional every step of the way.

Vargas Construction was the absolute best decision I made in my remodel. They were honest with pricing consistent with quality work and showed up every single day on time including cleaning up the jobsite each day before leaving I would absolutely recommend them for anyone considering work I plan to hire them again.
