I regret to say that my experience with Valadez DFW Landscaping was extremely disappointing, warranting a one-star review. I hired this company to install the base for turf and provide necessary materials. Our initial appointment for March 17th at 10 am had to be rescheduled due to rain which was fine except on that day of the new delivery date. Despite my attempts to communicate, I received no proactive updates and had to wait the entire day for a response. When they finally did respond, they informed me they would arrive at 4:30 pm, yet they arrived an hour later with no apology or explanation for the delay. Upon their belated arrival, it became apparent that they did not have all the necessary materials to complete the job. Additionally, despite earlier discussions about the need to dig up dirt, this step was inexplicably omitted. Furthermore, the billing discrepancies were concerning. Overall, this experience left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. While Valadez DFW Landscaping may excel in other areas of landscaping, their handling of turf installation and communication was subpar. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company to others and will not be utilizing their services again in the future.
