We wanted a 20x20 Azek deck and had used Hassam for our basement project earlier in the year, we LOVE what they did! We get compliments from the neighbors and are using it everyday. We did a picture frame design and it looks incredible. Scott is the name of the builder and he has been building decks for 25+ years. This expertise gave us such peace of mind. They went above and beyond and even gave us a large custom cement pad below the deck which makes the space more usable year round. Hassam was a joy to work with, he is extremely reasonable and strives to keep his clients happy. He even repaired our lawn in the areas that were worn down by the builders.

I couldn’t be happier with how our renovations turned out! It will definitely help us get more value from our home when we go to sell it! Hashem was great with communication and anytime I had any concerns or questions they were able to help me understand the process. I have vinyl plank flooring install in my basement.Looks great!! My contractor Hashem is a pleasure to work with he will go above and beyond to give you a quality job. I have 2 more projects that I assigned to Valiant Renovations. Upstairs flooring and kitchen. UPDATED(03/10/2020): I added more information on interior wall down, New wall up. Foyer area part of basement added tiles
