Overall, it went well.  We had a problem with the height of the shower head so we called him back. We found a good compromise to our problem. David's work and help were, as always, were excellent. On a previous job he did a superior job on our tile work and drywall. He is very customer focused and easy to deal with. We consider him "our plumber."

it)We moved into a new house two months ago and I first noticed water on the basement floor after a heavy rain and after I had done a load of washing.  I called Valle Plumbing after seeing the company on Angie's list and David Valle arrived on time and showed me that the sink was cracked in two places.  We explained that this was a basement laundry sink we would like to replace it with an inexpensive one and so he he called for prices and installed the new one.  Everything went without a problem and we enjoyed chatting to David while he worked. <br /> I recommended him to my son who had a blocked sink (I think one of his children had stuffed something down it).  David went to his house on a Saturday morning and fixed the problem.

They came and did what they said they needed to. The service was beautiful and he cleaned up after the work.

Dave did a great job. We were very impressed by his quality of work and honesty. We had an issue with the dishwasher not fitting correctly under our counter and he actually took the time to call the company we purchased it from to have it replaced. Way above what was required of him! The new plumbing for the second bathroom is ten times better than whats in the old bathroom. We plan on having him out again when we remodel the older bathroom and to install a sump pump backup.

The plumber was very prompt in response and he did a great job and efficiently. We haven't had anymore problems. <br />

I found them on Angie’s List.  I had been waiting to write a review for him because he was excellent.  On the first occasion, I spent $400.  On the second occasion, it was $300.  On the first occasion, it wasn’t a trivial job.  For this job, he was very efficient, effective, and very knowledgeable.  He took kind of the shortest path to get to the result, so it was obvious that David knew exactly what he was doing.  If I were to recommend him to friends or family members, I would say that they should be completely confident that he will do good work and charge a fair price.  I would say that the second thing that he did for me was perhaps more important, which was to really rebuild the faucets and a sink that was manufactured in 1926.  He went to great lengths to find the parts that were needed rather than to have me replace the sink, which my wife really was against since it is quite nice.  It is a bathroom kind of sink.  I am not sure if another plumber would have gone to those lengths to find the parts that were needed.  It took probably him 5 or 6 phone calls to do it.  I don’t recall the exact number, but probably someone else would have had me replace the sink after a couple of calls.  I think that the price was quite reasonable considering the fact that it was a little bit more complicated to do the kitchen work for having done both.  I don’t know enough about it to know if someone else would have done it cheaper, but I don’t think they would have done as good a job.  The quality of his work was very high.  His responsiveness was quite good.  He called back right away after I actually posted to his site.  His punctuality was excellent.  I would use him again in the future.

They were really great. We really liked them; they were excellent. They were very responsive.

He called prior to arrival as arranged. He was on time and was very professional in demeanor.  He and his assistant (brother) wasted no time getting to the problem and warned me it might be more than a clogged pipe.  It was a long drain under the cement basement floor, so it was necessary for them to use several lengths of the snake, and just as we were about to give up and declalre that it was a collapsed pipe, they pulled out a chunk of lint the size of a baseball.  We all cheered!  It was not as dire as we (I) feared. <br /> I watched the whole process because that's what I like to do.  They did not object to my presence and were very accommodating, explaining what they were doing.  They worked well together and  seemed to be as pleased as I was that the problem was solvable without dismantling the basement.  <br /> I would use Valle Plumbing again in a heartbeat.

David Valle arrived at the appointed time, professionally listened to the plumbing problems, gave an estimate, and quickly and efficiently performed the repairs. He was in and out in less than one hour. Prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. What more could you ask for? Top notch experience!

David from Valle Plumbing replaced our toilet and sink in a downstairs bathroom. Because our home is over 100 years old this was not your run of the mill job. He and his crew went out of their way to accomodate us. As my husband is ill we needed to have this work done during a certain period of time, which was critical to us. David accomplished this and did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to recommend this company or to use them again in future. In fact I intend to call them and only them if I need this type of work done in the future.

They were friendly and respectful from the beginning.  They were on-time and they worked very hard. 

After taking a shower, I was unable to turn off the hot water. I shut off the main water, went to work, and selected Valle Plumbing based on their Angie's List score. I left a message that I had a plumbing emergency. David called back within the hour, saying he could be there between 2 and 3. He arrived shortly after 2 and spent the next 3 hours working on the tub. Because the house is old and this plumbing had previously been refitted with mis-matching parts, the job was a challenge. David and his partner were very professional and capable. I would not hesitate to call on them in the future.

I had several minor "issues" but the most annoying was a kitchen faucet that kept loosening up.  The last time I had someone come in, a leak had actually developed because of the chronic problem. Anyway, David called the manufacturer (because the faucet was only 4 yr. old) and got us a brand new one as a replacement. A few days later, the faucet came and I called Valle back to have the faucet installed. They were fantastic! I absolutely would not hesitate to use them again!

We called Davis at Valle plumbing and he came out the next day to assess the problem.  He targeted the issue to a faulty part.  He informed us that the part cost was free and we would just need to pay a service fee (minus the Angie's List coupon of course).  They told us 5 days for the part to come in, but it took a little bit longer than that (~2 weeks).  I called them on Monday and they said the part was in and they scheduled to come out on Thursday.  My wife was home and they quickly installed the new part and showed my wife what the issue was and that it was a defect in the manufacturers part.  I was very pleased with their communication, responsiveness, and service.  Also, my wife felt very comfortable with them and that isn't usually the case when left to deal with service issues by herself. Highly recommended!

They responded promptly to the the phone call and sent someone out the next day.  He diagnosed the problem, acquired the parts and completed the two jobs that afternoon.  The work was prompt, professional, and the area was cleaned afterwards.  The price was as we expected and quality was just fine.  We were very happy with the work that was performed.

I had an emergency (I thought), water was not draining from kitchen sink fast, because It started pouring out through the washer machine drain in the basement.  I had water everywhere and it was 10pm.  I called Valle and they called back and was at my house by 2 the next afternoon.  He explained everything to me of what we were dealing with.  He told me that it would cost $138 to snake and clear the blockage, but if that did not work and we would be dealing with something more that they do not charge for the snaking.  So he went at it and cleared the drain in about 10 minutes.  That made me very happy.  He also educated me a bit about shut off valves and future drainage.  So after the $35 off coupon that I printed here grand total of $108!  I thought it was going to be more like a 3 zero project.  I am very happy to find a great Plumber. 

The owner called approximately 10 minutes before his arrival, as he said he would.  He arrived promptly at 10:00 AM .I called to have a leaky spigot replaced.  The water was leaking under the siding of my house, & he found that due to a slight slope of the siding that the water was going down and leaking out closer to the front of my house.  Replacement parts included a brass spigot with a brass ball bearing, a brass pipe (approximately 8") and a new lever type handle on the shut off valve. <br /> <br /> The work took approximately 1 1/2 hrs. Even though I was not able to print out the $35 coupon from Angie's List, it was honored. The quality of the work was excellent. He even made three attemps to fix my leaky hose wheel without charging for his time. <br /> <br /> I didn't get estimates from other plumbers prior to having the problem corrected, because I wanted the problem fixed quickly.  Since I didn't get other estimates, I can't comment on the fairness of the price only the quality of the work & service.  Both were excellent. Please note that my overall rating reflects only the work performed & service provided.  I will call them the next time I need a plumber, but would get  other estimates for my next job. This is not a reflection on what I was charged, it's what I usually would do when having repairs completed on my home. <br />

They had given us an initial estimate.  Because of the age of the pipes, the work required was much greater than they had anticipated.  (It took them 5.5 hours to complete the work).  Even so, they stuck with their estimate and allowed us to use several coupons from Angie's List and their own website.  They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves.  We would definately use them again.

I called and left a message.  He called me back within an hour.  We made an appointment for him to come out the next day.  He stated he would be here between 12 and 1.  He gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way, and arrived around 12:30.  He took a look at the situation, and gave me an estimate.  He was very willing to let me look on as he investigated the problem, and explained what he was doing. <br />  He returned the next day within the time frame he said,  with the appropriate parts.  He had to cut into the cedar siding to cover the larger hole (that was left by a someone who previously tried to help me) with a piece of wood and replaced the faucet and pipe.  He placed the piece of wood and secured it with 4 screws making sure there was no space left around the wood (that might leak).  He was not able to replace the drywall, but gave me suggestions on what needed to be done. <br /> He replaced the toilet tank inards with a good sturdy pipe and chain and included a tube that would help keep the tank clean. <br /> When he finished he showed me what he had done, showed how easy it was now to turn on the faucet.  He cleaned up so well that you would not know any work was done. <br /> I was very pleased with the work, the friendliness but professionalism of the person, as well as the cleanup.  I would highly recommend Valle Plumbing.

My phone called was return within an hour.l  The service man came within three hours and looked at the various problems.  He then gave me a detailed list of the problems and an estimate for the repairs, including several choices for the price of the disposal.  He returned the next day, did a very professional job of repair and gave me a detailed explanation of everything..  He also cleaned up meticulously.

Everything went very well.

Notice a fair amount of water in the garage on a Sunday and traced it to the commode in a 1/2 bath. <br /> Since the shutoff valve was rusty I could not stop the leak. <br /> I created a temporary fix and started searching Angie's List. <br /> <br /> After looking up the company which I had used for this bathroom - I noted that there were comments that reflected my experience with them in the past and decided once was enough for me. <br /> <br /> I decided on VALLE PLUMBING after reading member reviews and visiting the company's website. <br /> I left a message with the details and received a call back within a couple of hrs..... <br /> Dave accommodated my difficult availability with an early appt the next morning. <br /> <br /> Dave lived up to all the recommendations noted in Angie's list. <br /> He gave me advice on a pesky shower issue as well. <br /> <br /> I had forgotten about the $35 coupon offered to Angie's List customers - <br /> Dave deducted the $35 from the bill as well! <br /> <br /> Personal observation - I suspect that this young man's parents are very proud of him. Truly a very pleasant person.
