I want to start out by saying. I have over 30 years experience. Closer, funder, Closing and Funding manager. Business development and loan officer. So, I know the game. I found Valley West on line. I was already pre-approved through another company. So, they had 10 days from contact to closing. I contacted Meghan and the ball started rolling. Anyway, the entire team jumped on it and excelled. Meghan, Michelle, Courtnie, were on the ball every day. They made it happen as a team. What a rock star team they are. Now, let's get to closing. Ok, again 30 years experience.... the worst title company I have ever experienced. They were trying to sabotage the deal from the beginning, Wouldn't pass fees or title, hanging up on people, accusing me of double dipping since I didn't go through their preferred lender..... Nightmare. Katie and her team never gave up. It took Meghan, Courtnie, Michelle and Katie to get over the hurdles that title constantly threw out. But, in the end, Katie was amazing. I also requested to sign a day early to alleviate any issues. They made that happen. Even though Title continued to be extremely difficult. Ok. Bottom line, I was/am very impressed with your company and employees. I would recommend and use again if/when I need mortgage services. 100 STARS!!!!

I came to Valley West with a very difficult challenge of closing on two unique residential properties in a short timeframe. After talking with many lenders, Valley West was one of the few that were confident that they would be able to get things done for me on time. They lived up to their word and funded me on time when others failed. <br /> Vatche and his team are very diligent, organized, and responsive. I must admit there were times when I questioned their calm confidence that and quot;we'll be good to goand quot;, despite many challenges along the way. However, looking back I now see that they were on top of it all and so and quot;cooland quot; about it because they're so used to working through difficult assignments. <br /> If you are looking for a no-nonsense company that focuses on actions and getting loans done, then I would highly recommend Valley West. Other companies I've worked with spend much more energy on lip service and perception but fail to deliver. <br /> <br /> <br />

Having had an excellent experience with the mortgage for my first home purchase in the greater Las Vegas area, I used Valley West for my second purchase. Excellent communication from start to finish and due to some unforseen circumstances, Valley Mortgage completed the transaction and funded under a normally impossible deadline for most brokers. <br /> I highly recommend that you contact Valley West Mortgage before you contact any other lending source. <br /> You will be dealing with professionals and will be getting the absolute lowest possible rate depending on your financial snapshot. I am planning a third mortgage and Valley West is getting the business,,,,,again.

They are honest. They are reasonable, which is hard to find in this town. They always call back, which is another hard thing to find in this town. They are punctual and professional. They provide very quick service and I am happy with the rates. They are more reasonable than everyone else. The amount I spend depends on the loan that I am doing. It's usually just one percent of the loan amount. This is my third loan and I will definitely use them again.
