After having several other companies out to inspect the three fireplaces in our newly purchased 44 year old home, Our new neighbor, who is a realtor, suggested that we call Valor Chimney. We made an appointment for Valor Chimney to come out and give us an estimate. The appointment was several weeks out, but well worth it. David was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the work that needed to be done and provided an equally detailed proposal. A few weeks later, David arrived on-time and did the work without any surprises. Valor Chimney, like the other companies that came out were C.S.I.A certified, but Valor's price was better and David is the owner, so I think the quality and integrity is better because of this fact.

I had Dave out to give me a quote on installing a new wood-burning stove. After talking with him for a few minutes, I knew he was my guy. In fact, I didn’t even call for other quotes, I was that happy with his price and credentials. Dave and his guys came out and worked their butts off! They were patient with our decisions and questions and worked with us on every decision. They spent a ton of time assessing and ensuring their work was on point. I couldn’t be happier with our new stove. Valor Chimney has added value to my home and memories to my future. Thank you guy’s so much for all you did! We greatly appreciate it!

A house inspection revealed that we needed quite a bit of chimney work, so after getting a few proposals, we decided to go with David Palm of Valor Chimney Services. How could we not, as he was the most thorough and well prepared. (When he showed up -- on time -- for an inspection, he was clutching a copy of his insurance certificate, saying, "Well, I'm gonna be going up on your roof.") He showed us via copious photos what exactly needed to be done and how his crew would accomplish it. The crew was super friendly and funny, and took great pains to minimize messes. The end result? A couple of happy homeowners equipped with what looks like a brand-new chimney, complete with a 15-year labor and materials warranty. It doesn't get much better than that.
