We were contacted by Chad Saladino after signing up. He brought samples and spent time going over what the job entailed . The job started on time and was finished when promised, we had new floors and decking replaced through the entire house. We also had him replace the roof, and replace the insulation under the house. We are very happy with the way everything was done and how everything was cleaned before they left. I would recommend Chad and Gulf Coast Flooring again.

From scheduling the appointment to working with the Team; I must admit that I have never encountered such a phenomenal team. The salesman was super and his team that did the installation were phenomenal. My significant other has dementia. He would open the door of his room and I would be in my office working on the other side of the house. The 3 guys that did the installation were awesome. I would never use anyone else but them. Just a tidbit of info I have had flooring installed in my homes from Alaska to Florida and more. This Texas Team beat them all and cleaned up everything. They never once complained or sat on their laurels. Love those guys. Not only was it a fair price but they went above and beyond.

They did a great job. It was a quick and efficient removal and installation of 1,800 sf of carpet, done in one day. Would definitely recommend!

I received an estimate for 835.00 With the company name of Valor flooring. Mr. Saladion stated that it would take 7 bags of floor lever in addition to the leveler that I had already placed on the floor. Flooring in stall 450.00 Floor prep 7 bags 385.00. He saw the baseboards and quarter round I had and asked if I wanted them installed also and I said yes. I asked the priced and he stated that it was included in the price. On the morning of the job he looked at the floor and began to hit it with a hammer saying the layer I had put on was too thin and that it would break off. He kept hitting it but it would not break until he used great force making a hole in the lever. He continued to hammer making a bigger hole then taking a picture of it. He stated that bit would be needed to be scraped off and did which he did not do. I saw them bring in Three bags of Henry Unipro Patch and Skim Coat, two boxes of Henry Feather Finish and two bottles of primer. From what I saw he would mix 1/2 bags at a time and trowel it on the floor. I did not see any leveler being used. At the end of the job I got an invoice with the company name of Gulf Coast Flooring. Labor tongue and grove master bedroom 450.00, Floor prep 440.00, Baseboards and quarter round 100.00, primer 30.00. He sates that he used eight bags of floor lever. I found three empty bags in the trash and he had two full bags in the back of his truck alone with one box of feather finish. When I confronted Mr. Saladion asking to see the empty bags, he stated that he had threw the bags in the trash. We retrieved the three empty bags from the trash and states the other bags were in his truck under his tools. He eventually opened the rear of the truck and you could see the two bags of Henry. He states "I got other jobs" and one bag contained rocks. He billed me for base board install which he told me that it was included. Poor job for baseboard install and flooring still has high and low spots. I would not use him again and in this case was not trustworthy. I cannot recommend him.

Chad and his guys did a GREAT job installing Vinyl Plank in the downstairs of our home! Kitchen, great room, long hallway, 2 bedrooms (& closets), 2 full baths & laundry room... all done continuously (no breaks/thresholds) It looks FANTASTIC!! Very high quality product (love the backing material) We had a very difficult stone wall & the guys literally hand carved the plank in that area to fit perfectly! Some minor scheduling hiccups but Chad went the extra mile to ensure the job got done right in a timely manner... staying very late one night to accommodate our schedule. Best Part... WAY cheaper than the “big box” guys. Final Price was EXACTLY as quoted!!
