<p>I bought a big deal for this service and it was okay. The one thing that bothered me, that I was not too happy about, was that the deal said it came with a warranty if anything occurred such as if any termites came into the house after the treatment then they would cover any damages that the termites did. They would not follow through with that because they said the garage was too messy to see the walls and also that the basement was finished. A finished basement is pretty common so I was a little unhappy about that. They will come out and redo the treatments but they used loopholes to get out of that, in my opinion. The work they did was great and the person they sent out was nice, but I just felt if you were going to offer something don't use a loophole to get out of it. The individual himself was very professional. </p>

Scheduling was quick and easy. They came out at the scheduled date and time and did a very through job treating the entire exterior of the house. They explained what they did and did a great job of cleaning up where they had to drill the patio for treatment. <br />

It worked out okay.  I think that there was a little lack in the communication other than that it was okay.  The company should have been more informative with regards the status of the job and managing the property.

The inspector checked from the top to the bottom of the house and offered detailed examination. I am satisfied. <br />

I really like them. I saw them several times. It's something I look for in any contractors. They have to know what they are doing and reasonably priced at the same time. They do a very good job plus they're reasonably priced. I've had them treat some of my rental properties and they do the discount.  I can't remember what I paid but it was a good price. I wish they were lower but they're lower than most pest control companies. I don't think they were ever late.

<p>The company arrived on time and he did a thorough completion of the job.  The treatment did not kill all the termites and they returned.  I contacted the company on 04/24/14 and I re-contacted the owner Mike.  He was extremely polite and attentive. He scheduled me immediately for re-treatment of my home.  I will use this company for any of my pest control problems.  </p> <br />

Service provider was punctual, professional, and efficient.  He found mud trails in the basement but mentioned that they were dried out and looked inactive.  He provided the perimeter treatment which included drilling small holes in the cement porch and putting the treatment in those.  He was done quickly, left all the warranty information, and when I had another question the next day, he called me promptly and answered all my questions!  What a deal! <br />

The provider was very prompt and courteous.  He explained everything quite well and did a quality job. <br />

scheduling, actual appointment and follow up were handled in a professional way. <br />
