ADU Garage conversion is not easy job at all and I was carefully looking for a reliable contractor for that project. Finally I decided to go with Value Up Renovation And Construction, their offer was OK and I heard that they are experts in that area. The project started soon after we signed a contract. Eddie was project manager, he was nice and helpful, he really knows his job. The rest of the crew was also excellent. There were some issues, but the project was finished on time and final price was within budget. The quality is excellent. I can't ask for more!!

It went very well. The workers were very good, they are very detailed oriented and they did a good job and I was very happy with the work.

Everything was great. I had them remodel my 2 bathrooms completely. They did an awesome job.Also had over 1000 square feet of artificial turf installed,and over a 140 linear feet of vinyl fencing installed. Eddie and his crews were very professional,courteous, respectful, punctual, and best of all Experts in all their particular fields to make my remodeling and installation processes as easy and beautiful as possible.
