Their plumber was great, he knew his stuff. Their attitude is the customer has to pay full cost before any work is done and sign away their rights after the work is done. The tech also coped an attitude of higher than thou when speaking with a paying customer. I was in the wrong for asking for some clarification on verbiage. The feeling was that their word was good but my word was not. I could trust they would do the job correctly and to code but they did not trust me at all, unless I signed away all my rights. Is this what we are getting to? The verbiage on their documents was so general that if I were to accidentally fall in their parking lot I would be liable to pay for all court costs and lawyers on both sides. The tech then said this is all normal and I was the problem. Respect for my concerns was not shown at all. They had the full payment in their pocket before moving a finger, then I have to sign that I will pay if anything goes wrong. That is not how you treat a customer.

First step of a bigger electrical project went well. Looking forward to the next steps! Company was both professional and courteous. Spencer did great and was a pleasure to work with.

They quoted a high price and a low price and they charged the high.  We ended up paying the lower of the two after about a year.  We had a dispute with them that they never took care of.  They left a hole in my wall.  What they did was they cut through from the other side and ruined our wall that we just had a carpenter build and trim.  They just cut through to install a register and then he came back and was going to fix it, then never returned to fix it and never returned calls.  He just kept sending the bill.  I just settled with them probably a month ago.  I said I am not paying $300, I paid $200 because they did do the work.  They just didn't do a good job.
