Van was great! He can as he said and worked until the drain was cleared!

Van came out the same day that I called on a holiday. After I showed him where the clean-outs for the drain lines were, he was able to quickly snake the line and remove a large clog of hair. He kept the work area clean as well.

Russell from Alligators Root arrived shortly after our call to their main office. He was personable, professional, and did an excellent job. We'll be using AR in the future, and give Russell a raise for a job well-done!

Van is the nicest guy, but clogged drains don't care, so he becomes an Alligator gobbling up the **** in your blocked pipes. He found and cleared my blockage almost 50 feet deep in the pipes! He quickly replaced the broken washer that caused the leaking in my garden faucet. He replaced a tough fixture that I realized afterwards I could never have done. He used to work for Roto-Rooter, so he's got mad skills, but imagine all the experience and the same equipment with a personal touch from a friend who genuinely cares about your sink backing up and grossing out your family. It all began when my regular plumber said he doesn't mess with clogs and referred me to a big-name franchised drainage cleaning company. They were too busy and I was too desperate. I had people coming over for the weekend and everything flushed was finding it's way into my basement bathtub. I tried the intriguingly named Alligators Rooter and Van came over early on Saturday morning. Not only did he root out the problem, but charged me the low end of his price range. You know when someone says it'll cost between this and that, he means THAT! But not Van. He's honest, amiable, and gets the job done! Root for Van, he's The MAN!

"Van" was the technician who provided the service - he was polite, called ahead when he was on the way and did the job quickly.

Tony did a great job on very short notice. I requested a quote through Angie's list from 10 companies for installation and Tony was the only one who was able to come out on the same day. He arrived and was able to start work immediately. We're very happy with the work he did and how well he treated my parents. He took the time to explain everything to them and us. He also went above and beyond getting the hose to work with the filters on the washing machine.

Prompt same day service with meticulous checking for leak. Very knowledgeable professional service was rendered by Van! Great company and would use again.

Have had no issues since. He was very up-front that he couldn't come right away because his truck was getting transmission repaired. That was fine with me.

I called this company in the afternoon because we had an overflowing catch basin in our basement following snowmelt and strong rainfall during a unusually warm day in winter. Toni responded and promised to come by the same evening after completing another job, and he did. He worked for 5 hours, until 10.30 pm, to get the job done and didn't give up, although it turned out to be quite challenging, all the time being very communicative about what he thought was the problem. Afterwards he gave us his advice on what he thought we should do going forward, and dropped off a plug for one of the pipes the next day. I'd definitely hire him again.

Van was wonderful. I spoke with him about having a bathroom drain unclogged and he arrived at my house within about 90 minutes. Van cleared the drain (which had more debris in it than I realized) within 15 minutes and was professional, responsive, polite, and easy to work with.

Van was incredible. He came to our house at 9:30 at night. Every one else we called said that they couldn't come until the next afternoon. 30 minutes later our kitchen sink was fixed. We appreciate his prompt, excellent service. We would hire again.

Van did a great job and succeeded first try. This after I made many failed attempts. He has a big machine that's perfect for the job, put all my tools to shame.

Left a message for initial call. Returned call right away and gave me a price over the phone and scheduled for that Saturday. On time and very professional.

OK. Over the course of two days he did fix the pipes. But he did not bleed the radiators. His nonsensical excuse: "I don't know about radiators." You're a plumber! Surely you know about bleeding radiators. As a result of his refusal to do the last part of the plumbing task, I was without heat for another two days and had to hire someone from my oil company to do the bleeds. The professional from my oil company couldn't believe that the number left without bleeding the radiators. "Just plain lazy" my oil person said.Also, I have not been pleased with the clean-up crew Alligators Rooter recommended.

He came that day and fixed the problem. Was easy to work with and very accommodating working with both me and my tenant. He was happy to answer questions. I’ve used him since and will be sure to use him in the future.

When I called the company, Van answered and was actually concerned for me since it was our shower that was blocked. He came within an hour and tried to see if the snake would unclog the drain and it somewhat did but Van took the time (hours) to fix it correctly. The original plumber put the connector in wrong where the pipe was collecting over the years slowly in sink pipe on first floor. Van opened up the sink pipe and showed me what was happening.. I appreciated this since usually past plumbers didn't care to show us what was going on. Since taking the pipe was a messy job where other plumbers would have left sewage for me to clean, Van didn't. Van cleaned the floor for me! Excellent service. I highly recommend him!

Needed a sewer drain cleaned out. Van was fast and cleared out my drain that had tree roots growing in it. He made sure it was cleaned out nicely before he left. I would definitely not hesitate to call Alligator rooters again!

It was excellent! Van was punctual, helpful and an absolute delight to work with. He was fast and efficient and stuck to the quoted price. We are planning on using him for all our future plumbing needs.

I called at 8am on Saturday, Veteran's day, and spoke with Tony. When I told him I lived in Medford, he said he'd send Van over before hitting another job. Van showed up within 30 minutes, was friendly and professional, and took care of the problem within an hour.
