Charge for the Service Call was not commensurate with the service required. I should have gone online to learn how to take out old light switches and install new ones. Live and learn!

Due to a power surge, 3 outlets and 1 switch no longer worked. Vladimir was able to troubleshoot the problem and replace the "bad" wiring. He tested at least 10 outlets, switches, and fixtures. Very professional and efficient. The only negative was that he didn't provide a.written receipt.
