The 2-woman team did an excellent, thorough job plus were pleasant to deal with. I accidentally overpaid them by one hour, didn't discover my error until later, but since I had planned to tip them, I decided not to call and ask for a refund.

1st time it went just ok, I had to got in and help her she was struggling getting back the refrigerator parts had I not something would have gotten broken. 2nd visit she supposedly told me she didn't clean light fixtures but when I took it down she took it from me to clean. Again I heard her struggling so I went to see what was happening. She did crack my light fixture and now it can't be replaced. If she told me she didn't clean lift fixtures why didn't she just leave it alone, so that I could take care of it. But she didn't and all I got was a text saying the light fixture is old.... Never will I hire her again she is not a honest person

We disclosed that cleaning of light fixtures mounted to ceilings is not part of our job function however from time to time we do perform other functions out of courtesy upon customer requests. We offered several alternatives, one being purchasing the replacement of the item however we were unable to find the exact item as it was unavailable at several locations we looked at. I called Vaness to have our new home cleaned before we moved in. They offered a discount for a Saturday appointment, which worked out perfectly for us. The house wasn't especially dirty, but it hadn't been lived in for over year. They spent the day cleaning the house, including the refrigerator. We were so happy with the quality of the work, we hired them to clean our old house after we moved out (we were selling it to a family member). We've since hired them to do our regular cleaning every three weeks. They always text if they are going to be early or late for our regular time. I love how clean the house feels when they're done.

This package was presented as a two person crew. One person showed up and spent 9 hours in our home. Several items were broken after the cleaner left which she did not report them broken. This job was too big for one person and the cleaner should have called for a back up. Scheduling the cleaning was not easy and I was always unsure the scheduler did not fully understand our needs.

I purchased a $145 AL deal for deep cleaning a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house. I knew my house would likely take more than the 6.5 hours stated in the offer but I was willing to pay the extra $ to get a well-cleaned house. That is exactly what I got. I am very happy with the results. They even cleaned the inside of the windows! I will be using them again.

Maria Rodriguez and her daughter Jasmine are not reliable and trusted people. I make the appointment 3 weeks prior and she cancelled it without any reason and at the last minute. She literally just doesn't show up and told me later that she couldn't make it. I gave her a chance to reschedule, I confirmed it, double confirmed it because I have new tenants moving in the following day, she ended up not showing up AGAIN. Her excuse was she couldn't find a parking spot. Well, downtown parking is FREE after 6 pm and she just did not try hard enough to try to be there as promised. I think she was purposely trying to screw me over. Look at the email screen shot and judge yourself before hiring her. How people expect to do business with her and this company is beyond me.

After initial service, for which you purchased a coupon of $100 for and expressed great satisfaction for, we attempted to continue to accomodate your needs outside of our functions. We can let you know that on the day we missed the scheduled time, we did our best to arrive at your home despite the many obstacles Maria faced. We communicated in advance to you over the phone that there was bad weather creating heavier traffic than normal at rush hour time, and a traffic officer that was not allowing Maria to enter the facility due to construction and the fact that she was not a tenant, something that was not communicated. We do want to make it clear that it was never our intention to not arrive to your home. We always strive to go above and beyond the expectations, but under these circumstances, this was not possible."

A++. As seniors our ability to do a thorough cleaning is very limited. Vaness was easy to work with and did an EXCEPTIONAL job. We couldn't be more pleased. Very thorough, with nice extra touches that make you smile, like folding the towels in the bath, not just hanging them over the racks. From the base boards to the ceiling fans, a GREAT job all around. If it sounds like we're bringing them back on a regular basis, your right!

Fantastic! We played a bit of phone tag to begin with, but Fatima was great about getting back to me for scheduling. Maria was on time and had already unloaded her cleaning gear when I arrived (a few minutes late myself, thanks again for your patience!). She deep cleaned the whole house, and did a fantastic job of scrubbing down and shining up! The bathroom sparkled, the windows gleamed, and the fridge, stove and oven were spotless. The whole place smelled fresh and clean when she was finished, and I'm so happy to give them a great review! Thanks again ladies! :)

We are very impressed by the service and attention to detail by Maria. Her first visit was a deep clean of our 3,300 square foot house. We set a schedule of every three weeks to keep up with general housekeeping. Having your house maintained by a professional allows us to tackle some of the jobs we do not get around to as well as free time to play.

I had purchased a deal for housecleaning for $145. She did a good job but didn't pace herself well; after 7 hours there was still work to be done. She filed one vacuum bag, changed it, and then failed to vacuum my entry rugs and didn't straighten the rug pad on the runner, so it was all balled up. What she cleaned she cleaned well.
