I highly recommend Robert and his sons. They were extremely professional in getting my basement back to normal after severe water damage. They were timely and got the job done efficiently. Robert is great at communicating through phone/text and came back to my house to check on the progress every day for 5 straight days. Cost of job was very reasonable and they delivered on everything he promised. After they left, my basement looked as new as the day we moved into the house, completely dry, clean and smelled great.  Can't thank them enough for their excellent service. <br>

I thought they did a good job. The first appointment had to be rescheduled because they forgot to enter the appointment in their calendar. My main concern is that we discussed a follow-up job in which they would repaint with anti-mold/anti-microbial primer and gloss finish to prevent any mold from returning; but they don't return calls to finalize, leaving me the need to find someone else to do this job.

We had Vango come and clean my filthy tiles...they look brand new! The two brothers worked very hard and was able to get my tile back to it's former glory. I especially like when I asked to seal the tile and they told me it was an uneeded expens They did a beautiful job on my rugs and the entire house smells amazing! I asked them to come back to clean my upholstery!

The initial contact was timely made. We reviewed the work to be done ahead of time, and arranged a convenient time for the work to be done. This is a family operated business. They were focused, and worked to get all of the work addressed in a timely fashion. They took the time to ensure that all of the cleaning was complete and that the tile and grout looked almost new when they were finished. They addressed some additional items in the process. They were polite and focused on doing a good job

They were amazing, quick to respond and very efficient and professional. They turned what could have been $10,000 plus in flood damage into much less and were able to save my furniture and cabinets! I would definitely hire them again! In the most recent storm the entire first floor of my home was flooded with 6-8 inches of water. In a situation like this, you don't want to wait. So i called them immediately. Within just a few minutes they were at my home accessing the damage and making a plan for repairs. They started work right away, moving furniture, drying and wet vacuuming everything possible. By the first night most things were dry and clean. Because of this, i was able to save all my furniture and Kitchen Cabinets. We are still working on the final drying and repair of the walls, but i have faith they will do the best work possible.

Bob and his sons were very professional and punctual. They cleaned my wall to wall before I moved into my apt. and returned for no additional price to clean after the moving men finished. They used a quick dry process and even made some excellent repairs on the carpet. The wall to wall was light and it really looked great when they had finished. Bob also did an amazing job with my area rugs, which looked much more vibrant after the cleaning. The sofas also cleaned up very well.I would recommend this service very highly.

I'm not happy with them. They didn't complete the work. He didn't want to take anything. He was going to charge me somewhere in the vicinity of $3000, but what happened was that when he started the work I wasn't happy with the work because he was late one day, the day he was supposed to come here and show up at all. Then, he finally came and ripped down the wall, but he left the materials there. He didn't want to take anything else. He wanted to do it on his time. He was very rude, he was insensitive to the work that I needed done. He sounded like he knew everything at what he was doing and he was informative, but when I picked him and he actually started doing the job, the only thing he did was rip down the wall. I wanted him to pay him the money to rip down the wall, but I told him I was going to write a bad review on Angie's List. I guess he didn't feel comfortable with it and so he didn't even take anything. I offered him $300, he didn't want to take anything.

We had a backup in the basement laundry room and Rob was very understanding that we needed his help quickly.  Rob and Jake came hours later, setup a staging area, emptied, wiped, cleaned, power washed, treated and worked their magic.  They absolutely got rid of the odor, debris, ruined product and left the room in the best condition it has ever been in, period.  They even cleaned my nasty wet vac!!  They returned the next day after everything was dry and put back in place.  We could not be happier with the professionalism, courteousness and overall care for our house and satisfaction.  Clearly this is a service in a desperate situation and we felt that these guys completely removed any fear of this happening again, as we would simply call them from our phone and know all would be fine.   <br />
