Absolutely Horrible service. Quoted me a price over the phone for 31/2 hours and later tried to increase it by $40. Only cleaned for 2 hours and was calling to tell me she was done and they needed to go to another job. Left my rental condo filthy There was debris over the floors, nothing was moved or cleaned behind. The toilet seat dirty with urine on it The freezer is full of crumbs and debris. The refrigerator has the same running marks. ( which she said she would clean “good”. The fronts of the washer and dryer are all dirty not wiped Kitchen cqbinets are sticky all over inside and out Fireplace was still covered in soot- windowsills and windows dirty - glass again not cleaned as quoted. Floors need washing The sofa has the same lint etc all over it When I mentioned all the above her response was “ the house needed a “deep cleaning” and she didn’t quote me for that! WTH?? Entire house needs cleaning- looks like all she did was run a vacuum and not well with that. Save yourself the money and grief- do not use this lady!
