very responsive -called me in minutes and turned up on time. took 2 hours to complete the job which I think was appropriate. However, I made the mistake of NOT asking him for a quote and since I was busy when he had completed the job, he presented a bill (to my wife) for $385 for the labor and cost of 2 wall switches. Note that I had purchased the ceiling fan. After he left I noticed that the bathroom light switch was NOT working but to be fair he returned first thing the next day and fixed it.
