Variant Varietys LLC responded to a request from Angies list for a Fence install. He showed up in early May sometime for an inspection. After several text and conversations we decided to proceed, but with a contract. Originally Variant wanted an upfront cost of 77% of the total cost of $3050, but we agreed in the contract for Materials $1700 up front then the rest when the work was complete. Variant was to deliver the materials he purchased from Home Depot on 5/19, 5/20, 5/21, but did not. Instead he showed up at 2pm on 5/22 to start work and left at 5pm. 3 hours of work and claimed he had trouble loading the material from Home Depot. Variant promised to return the next day but did not. In fact he never showed up again only promises that were never fulfilled. After some text exchanges we realized he was never coming back to complete the work and said the work he did and material purchased were $1700 and canceled the remaining invoice.

Terrible, the pro has lied to me over and over again, I told him if he would just keep on contact with me I will be more patient The day after he got the deposit of an mount $2701 he told me he could start on the next day, but he told me he got behind on another job and he could not start the next day he should finished first the other one, and on the 27th of April he is on his way and my fence will be build guaranteed and he texted me on the 28th of April that he will be here on sat and sun, I texted him, he replied I am coming today but I need to attend a birthday party with my daughter, but I promised you I will be at your house today. the party is over and we can start tomorrow and bring the materials with me, I will be there by 40 mins, up until now the only work he have done was setting the post in an incorrect way.

Mr. Olyowski did the privacy fence at my house. I am very happy with the results, he was professional, straightforward and does great work. I would definitely use variant varietys again In the future.
