I had a roof repair involving the flashing around my chimney. I received an estimate from another company and was not happy with it. Steve responded quickly to my Home Advisor request. He met my property manager the next day, provided me with his estimate, which was 32% lower than my previous estimate. He showed up ready to do the repair, took before, during, and after pictures and sent these to me (the property is a rental and I am out of state) for review. I was very pleased with his work, his professionalism, and his customer service. I would definitely use his service again, and highly recommend him He was a pleasure to work with.
