Excellent results on seriously rusted outdoor lanterns. They came back better looking than when they were new 20 years ago.

First off the Vasquez Team are a Family owned Business. I always appreciate that. They were professional while very friendly and cordial. It was a pleasant experience from beginning to finish. They also are very Price competitive, which means a lot, and came in as the best Price of the three Companies that gave me estimates. I had a special painting project I needed done for a large Loft in a Room. With it confined to a specific area with a Railing, and some other obstacles, it wasn’t an easy job. Add in some smoothing and edging I needed done where the wall met the Ceiling. The project came out better than I thought it could, and looks amazing. I would use this Family run Business again and highly recommend them.

Mike was great! Communication was great keep me up to date with arrival time. Mike and one other guy arrived on a Saturday helped move larger furniture and covered. They fixed cracks in walls and ceiling. Painted 2 coats on ceilings and walls in my livingroom and dining room. They completed the job in one day. They did a great job! I would hire them again for my next paint project!!

We had several small jobs…including one with drywall repair. I was fearful that I would not find anyone interested. Mike Vasquez reached out promptly and his prices were reasonable. My highest marks are due to great communication and his interest in making sure we reviewed progress at each stage to make sure he met expectations. He would communicate when he was on his way so we knew when he was arriving. We were EXTREMELY PLEASED with the quality of his work AND he actually did a little more than I had him quote as he felt it would look better to carry the work a little further. WOW! When was the last time you had someone do MORE than was quoted!!!

Excellent service. Worked with me to get the house painted exactly as we wanted. The job was done right, at a competitive price and communication was better than anyone else who quoted on our job. Cleaned up after they were finished. Highly recommended.

Horrible. Michael came first, pointing out everything he could fix and including a touch-up of all the doors. We are getting ready to list the house. We were excited for his eye. He instead sent Louis, who did a horrible job painting. He didn't do most of the work we discussed, then wanted to add fees to what was already agreed upon. We did a walk-through where I asked him to show me what doors, and he couldn't. He said he accidentally added extra doors to the quote, but it was supposed to cover all doors, then said he added doors generically and didn't know which were included. The job looks terrible, and we will have to hire someone to fix what he and Louis did and didn't do. He kept saying Louis did it, so watch out for Louis. Don't let that guy do the work. Michael will gaslight, double-talk, and state what isn't true. He agreed to pay back the deposit and is now saying he didn't say, even though we have it on camera. He then said his statement isn?t a signed document. Unethical.

Mike was very professional and did and excellent job and followed the directions I gave him. The entire project was completed in 2 days.

Yes, Mike was very responsive to all my needs and good attention to detail. The painter, Omar was fantastic!!!! A great personality and a prefectionist. He did the job himself and did a great job. Mike even had Omar come back to complete a request I had after the job was completed. I would recommend Vasquez & Vasquez painting due to the good work. Note: my house is a one level home. They painted my gutters, downspouts, fascia and filled all cracks and holes.

Wonderful - really like it.

Despite two hurricanes the job was performed satisfactorily and timely. The finished product was great and Michael, Angi and Omar were all professional and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs!

I highly recommend Mike and Vasquez painting! My husband and I are very particular about pretty much everything. I always do a lot of research before buying or hiring to reduce the likelihood of being disappointed. Mike was great from the beginning when he came to give me an estimate. There’s something very “real” and grounded about him. He’s genuine and has a sincere desire to do his best. Mike and his crew showed up on time, kept the area clean during the whole process, did a great job prepping the house and going over all my questions and requests. The house was painted in 3 days, in spite of having to stop for rain. They never rushed, were always clean and kind. I’m extremely pleased with the quality, the price and the pride taken in their work. What a great, rare opportunity it is to support a small, family owned business while getting superior quality work at a reasonable price. Thank you Mike!!!

I don't believe he is licensed or bonded. Unprofessional, messy, disrespectful to me and my property, creates lots of confusion and did not complete the job. The address for the business in not correct and refused to provide me one. No voice mail. He will not answer your questions or phone calls once he receives a payment from you. I had to laugh when during this process he asked me where the paint is. I wanted to say ask you employees not your customer. Remember I am paying you. My bad for trusting him and paying him a good amount of the quote. Unfortunately for me I now have to hired someone else to complete the job.

If an “A+” was an option they would have earned that! Michael Vasquez, his father and his employees were amazing through the entire process of getting our project done. Great communication from start to finish! Michael was so helpful on so many levels that he even offered to help us out by watering the lawn so we didn’t have to make the commute to the house since he was there anyway! His quote for the project was very fair and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend Vasquez and Vasquez Painting to anyone in need of a professional and trustworthy painting company.
