Our bassets love going and never look back when we leave them. We always feel comfortable leaving and know they are in good hands. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a boarding facility you can trust.

For reasons they never explained, I was treated with great hostility by two of the doctors at this facility, over the course of several visits. I returned only because they had been highly recommended, but I would not go back, nor would I recommend them to others. I consider their hostile attitude to be without cause and very unprofessional. I left the area after this visit, and moved away. but would never return to this office again. The way the pet owner is treated is just as important as the way the pet is treated. This office fell far short of common courtesy, fairness, and professionalism. toward me as a pet owner, who tried to get the best care for my pets. <br />

The VCA Adler staff were beautifully sensitive and helped us through all the details in getting the cremation done. Our vet came in and was so amazing, he was so lovely with us, we were crying our eyes out could barely deal with what had happened and he told us what great doggie parents we had been, and that our little girl lived a beautiful long life. He was so soothing, exactly what we needed. They allowed us to stay as long as we needed with our little angel. After the cremation, and they took care of all the details, we were given a beautiful memorial paw print and urn with her ashes. This vet has been wonderful, we rescued this beauty 14 years ago, and she loved everyone at VCA Adler, she was a frightened rescue, yet they were able to win her trust, the staff and doctors at VCA Adler are all wonderful with the animals. <br />

This place is amazing, by far, best Vet ever. My dog was extremely lethargic, diarrhea and looked like he wouldn't make it through the day. Long story short, is doing much better. <br />

I have a snake and he will see snakes. They do boarding. They have a good size parking lot. The have separate entrances for dogs and cats. They take good care of my animals and help me out a lot. They have a really good staff and a really clean facility. Their prices are really good. They do small reptiles, which is really hard to find and it is hard to find a good one. They are a 40-minute drive. I like where they are located. Their staff is all really helpful and really nice. I did not have to wait long. They did the test I asked and they did some extra tests for free. They were able to assure that my snake is pretty normal and actually pretty healthy.

We have used VCA several times and been totally satisfied. The facilities are clean and odor-free. Their customer service is excellent. Most important, the employees are definitely animal lovers. Also, their hours are very convenient for drop-off and pick-up. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them. <br />

My dog came back from a three day stay and full grooming happy, healthy, and shining after her grooming session.

Our dog loves to go to the Pet Resort. We cannot get her in the door fast enough for her. She is very excited to see the people that work there. They take very good care of the pets. <br />

I have used VCA Adler Animal Hospital and Pet Resort for years and they are great. The doctors there are very caring and they take very good care of the owners of the pets. They are very knowledgeable and very kind. Their prices are reasonable. I have been going to them since 1989 and I would not consider someone else.

We boarded our two, small rescue dogs over the Chirstmas holidays. The minute we walked in, we knew we had chosen the right place. They were warm and friendly, and when the caretakers came out from the back, they talked to the dogs kindly. One of our dogs is very skittish. We don't know their background, but we suspect abuse in one case. When we picked them up a week later, they were calm, clean, happy, AND they had a personalized gift bag to take home. <br />

to pick up your animal when you are very short on time because it can be a bit of a wait, particularly if your pet is going home with medications. I can honestly say I would highly, highly recommend this practice for people who see their pets as members of their family and want a Vet who truly understands this relationship. <br />

We were not fully satisfied with our other rabbit vet so when our female took very ill we took to her Dr. Imata at the VCA hospital. He gave her a thorough exam and let us know that with the flystrike and the mass in her abdomin it was not likely she would make a recovery but that we could start her on medication and give her a chance. We did a week and a half of treatment and while she showed improvement for a couple of days, she soon reverted back to loosing weight and lethargy. Our male rabbit had been suffering from a loss of bladder control which meant that we were expressing him daily. We had our old vet fax over his records and Dr. Imata reviewed them and talked with us about his symptoms and possible treatment options. We decided that as the rabbits had been together for nearly 8yrs, the loss of his partner would only add to the problems the male was suffering with. It was decided that they would be put to sleep together. Dr. Imata was very kind and gave us plenty of time to say good bye as well as helping to make us feel comfortable that we were making the right choice. While we were not allowed to see them go, we were able to see them after. We chose to have them cremated in a group with the ashes spread at sea, though they do have several other options you can choose from. <br /> My only complaint would be that when I called to make the arrangements, I was quoted a different price than what we paid. I think the difference was about $80. For us it didn't make a difference but I can see how it might for some people and that it would be a difficult time to have to work though that. <br /> We do have 2 cats and we are so happy with the way both our pets and we were treated, will be switching to them for our cats as well.

I have been going there for 25 years. We have dogs, tortoises and lizards and all kinds of stuff. I have a prescription dog food that I get there and I got another prescription filled, it wasn't for check up or anything it was just picking up some stuff for $130. It was $75 bag of dog food which lasts for quite a while and then another one was allergy medication for $50. I take my dog there for shots, checkups and emergency. I would certainly trust them with my animal. They are not cheap but they are not super expensive either and I have great success coming out of there. I would recommend them, because I think they are good. They provide boarding too, but I use some other facility for that.

Dr. Rymer is wonderful with the animals. He has a lot of experience. Dr. Epistine is great with the animals. He is good at diagnosing the animals. He lays it all out on the table so you know what you are dealing with. Dr. Walker calls on her day off. Sarah, the awesome vet tech is extremely knowledgeable, and she is fantastic with the animals. She really cares.

They charge too much. Veterinarians are very expensive these days. I can only remark on Dr. Daniel Reimer. I haven't seen anyone else in the group. I think he's extremely bright. He's an excellent diagnostician. He is sensitive to whatever the situation is between the owner and the pet. When it comes to deciding whether to continue treatment, he makes a good judgment of what the owner can do and what is best for the animal. I go to him because I trust him, but I wouldn't necessarily go to Adler if Dr. Reimer wasn't there. I don't have enough experience with the other vets to make a judgment.
