Paid up front for service. Only came once or twice. Had said it would be plowing but only snowblower used and shoveled only once. Think they have over-reached their actual abilities. Seems as though it is a very slim workforce. Actual work that was performed was satisfactoryl Had two light storms in past weeks but no-one showed up either time. Good thing I had several neighbors who helped me clean driveway. Happy it will soon be Spring!

As I indicated before Tasha is a dynamo . I was pleasantly surprised at how complete the snow was removed, to the pavement. She has been here twice and has been a joy to have around. Always upbeat and a friendly smile to boot.

Well they lost their plow. So superwoman Tasha put on her cape and grabbed a dude and a snowblower, loaded up her truck and off she went. She went to great lengths to honor the contract and get the snow removed. Looks just as good as a plow. Hand laid the promised salt. Took them a while, but understandable back breaking labor. Assurances of a plow in the future. Would recommend and use again. Despite all odds they got it done.

Everything went extremely well! Natasha and Chris are great to work with. They provide fair and flexible estimates for your landscaping needs and keep in touch throughout any project you work with them on. The most important benefit to working with them is they perform the work, you won't have a sales person come out, create an estimate--then have different staff come out to perform the work. Natasha and Chris were involved 100% of the way, highly recommended!

From start to finish a very excellent experience! Chris and Tasha personally arrive at the site, and from beginning to end they were both professional and courteous to the job at hand. My gutters are clean again, and the debris on my roof was also removed, we really do appreciate it! Very pleasant to deal with, great pricing, will definitely be contacting C Stromberg Services Inc again in the future!

Was scheduled to begin the work Monday morning and was told it would go for most of the day. They called Monday morning about an hour before their scheduled arrival to reschedule due to chance of rain in the forecast. Why they couldn’t check the forecast the night before and give more of a heads up is beyond me. They said they’d be at my home first thing the next day. First thing became 12:00 pm. After roughly an hour & a half they said they’d be back in “about and hour” as they had to pick up another worker to dig out roots. They finally returned nearly 2 hrs later, and said they’d be working until “probably 7:00” that evening. Around 4:45 pm they packed up their equipment and left for the night, without any notification. My neighbors even commented it seemed like they were barely there. Finally, after what I was told would be an all day job turned into a few hrs over 3 days job, they were finally “finished”. Upon arriving home, I saw they had cut down the other 4 bushes/trees I had wanted out, but did not dig them out. There was a note left on my door; "Those roots are too deep for what was quoted. You need to pay us more to dig them out." The quality of the completed work was very good. Their lack of customer communication and sticking to an agreed schedule was extremely frustrating.
