The initial demo and repour of the garage floor went well. The problems started after the stain and sealer were applied. The sealer was spotty and the stain flaked off after one week. Floor was reground and stain applied again. This time he offered to put flakes down also to cover up any imperfections to which I agreed. So far the stain has held up. However there was a secondary problem when doing the demo. The skid steer that was used, damaged the year old driveway with surface scratches and gouges. Although it wasn't part of the original contract, he promised he would make it right. By now I had paid him his contracted price. He did come back and stain the portion of the driveway in question with one coat. It was obvious that another coat would be needed due to the spottiness of the application and of general messy work. It has been approximately 3 months since he said he would return to apply the second coat. Numerous promises were made to return after repeated calls. To date, he hasn't returned. This matter is now being pursued by my lawyer.

Cesar Vega came and gave us a quote and he and his crew began work the following week. They removed a huge tree and created a circular driveway that was attached to our existing driveway. They also installed stairs from the new drive area to a sidewalk around the side of our home leading into a separate basement entrance. They did a great job with the project and also cleaned up and left things neat and tidy. We would work with them again.

The quality of the work was excellent, it was done in two days. Cesar answered all my questions and the price was excellent, I would definitely contact them for future projects and would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Working with Cesar was an absolute pleasure. He called within an hour of my job posting and met with me the same day. I had a simple job. I needed a 24'x35' slab for a non-commercial metal building. I only requested a footing on 1 of the long sides. After meeting with Cesar, he provided an estimate well under what I had come up with AND installed a commercial grade slab with footings all around!! Cesar and his guys were on time, courteous, and left no trace of mess or trash when they were finished. Cesar communicated with me throughout the process. When we hit a snag in the concrete delivery, Cesar called with solutions to the issue instead of excuses. He even helped me figure out a cost effective parking area solution that saved me a lot of money. He is one of the most honest and genuine people I've had the pleasure to work with in construction. I would highly recommend Cesar Vega for any project you have, whether it be large or small.

It was very good, they were on time, reasonable and did a great job.

The crew came in and made quick work to demo the old driveway on day one with complete haul away and immaculate cleanup. On day 2 they cleared leveled added rebar and wire mesh for strength. The. They poured, added expansion joints and added a broom finish. They removed the forms on day 3 and did a superior cleanup that our neighbors noticed. It rained a few days later and the leveling for drainage is excellent. Thank you.
