"Hi Ms.[Member Name Removed], Venture Star was very concerned when the above review was added to our profile. We are not sure this review was intended for Venture Star as we DID NOT do ANY floors in your home nor does the date reflect accurate . We were even more confused when we received a letter from your attorney. Surely the above allegation is not intended for Venture Star either as you would never be threated with a team of attorneys as we don't do business in that matter. Surely you confused our company with another. We would never allow clients to get to a point where attorneys would ever need to be involved. We are a very small family oriented company. We love our clients and include them in every aspect of their projects as I am sure you can agree. Venture Star has always exceeded clients expectations. We believe in being proactive not reactive. Our business exist because of our clients and stands strong because of our teams. We recently made the corrections you specifically identified during the walk thru when the team came to your house a little over a week ago. You were very detailed and we in turn resolved the contracted issues you pointed out. Imagine the companies shock when received this review. We thrive on customer care and reached out to everyday to ensure your were pleased with the progress. You were so pleased with our services and when you had a concern it was resolved. The comments where you stated how much you loved everything the team was doing was so kind and shared with the team. We here at Venture Star appreciate our clients.
