They explained thoroughly, choices for location of cameras and recording equipment, and guided me to make the best decisions for my situation. We met owner Jesse Harper at a home show in Waterbury.  He spent a couple of hours at our home, which is a rental property, and did a great job listening to our needs.  We walked through the home with him, and discussed design goals and constraints.  His recommendations were just that.  There was no pressure to provide any particular device or service; no upselling.  He did the installation over two days while we were not there.  Communication was clear and real-time via email, text and phone.  Our location provided some special challenges (no cell service in the area among them), and he designed a system that met our needs, budget and adequately addressed site constraints. <br /> Jessee is a great guy.  The service was personal and his communication was direct and honest.  He is truly taking a long-term approach to building his business by establishing good relationships with his customers.  He is loosely affiliated with Bourne's energy, a well-established business who also vouched for Jesse and his company. <br />
