This is my third time using VACS, they do a great job. Called on Thursday afternoon, was able to get an appointment early Friday. Cleaned out vent from dryer to wall and from wall out to outside vent, as well as interior of lint trap in dryer. Very thorough and professional and reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Everything was great except they broke the exterior dryer vent cover. They said they would return and replace it. They never did. It never should have happened in the first place. A true professional would have removed the cover when cleaning to eliminate the possibility of damage.

Over the past year we have had 2 different remodeling projects going on in our house and we knew the ducts had a fair amount of both drywall and wood dust. Did research on companies providing duct cleaning services and was impressed by what other customers said about VACS, as well as their certifications and experience. Karl and Nick called a half hour prior to the appointed time to let us know they were on their way. They clearly explained the cleaning process and got started. What a wonderful difference the cleaning has made in the air quality in our house. Could not have been more satisfied with the services they provided. When you get great service its worth taking the time compliment to a company like VACS for not only meeting your expectations, but exceeding them. Would strongly recommend VACS.

The entire experience was positive. Very professional and courteous, took extra steps to ensure our recently refinished floors were not damaged in any way. Our home ended up having a unique configuration that required extra time and equipment. They came back the next day with the additional equipment to complete the work properly. Ducts are now free of clear and debris, and system is running better.

The workmen called about 30 minutes before they arrived. They went straight to work and cleaned a huge amount of lint from the dryer vent system. The system is rather long with several right angles and therefore prone to lint backup. Dryer is now working perfectly. We will call this company again in a few years to make sure the duct work is clean. We had a discount coupon from Angie's list.

They did the inspection and were honest and told me I did not need duct cleaning so they just cleaned my dryer vent. There was a bird nest in it. They did a great job and were professional and honest.

We had a fantastic experience with Carl, I called him with an urgent repair needed to satisfy lender requirements to sell our house. He made time to visit our house within 2 hours of our call as he was already headed out to the area, upon arrival he assessed the situation and made suggestions on repairs very quickly and fairly. He was extremely flexible to work with and we felt that he understood our sense of urgency and went out of his way to help us out. We would absolutely call again for future needs.

Josh and Carl quickly responded to my request for an appointment, accommodated my schedule, called with both a 24-hour reminder and "30 minutes away" alert. When they arrived they thoroughly identified all vents, returns, etc. etc. and were careful in their preparation before cleaning. The two of them worked over two hours and showed us the construction debris and dust etc. which had lodged in the ductwork. They also made helpful suggestions on how to resolve a "balance" issue with our heating and air conditioning. They take pride in providing exceptional service; they deserve the excellent ratings they've earned.

Bottom line: These guys were excellent. They were super thorough, friendly yet professional, and prompt. I couldn't believe all the dust they sucked up. It seriously smelled super fresh before they were even half-way done. They also cleaned up after themselves and cleaned up any dust/debris that fell from the vents when they took them off. The courtesy call the day of was also really nice as it allowed me to prepare for their arrival. The price was affordable and they did an excellent job.

Extremely professional response to my request for a quote -- explained the process and pricing in detail and estimate was in line with others I received. Arrived promptly and worked efficiently, left very little mess behind (just a little pile of dirt). The only downside was that the appointment was rescheduled at the very last minute due to vehicle breakdown -- this was made up with a service discount.

Veteran Air Cleaning Services was great to work with! We bought a new house, and the former owners had pets. After the vents were cleaned, the house smelled fresh. No more dog smell. When Josh and Kyle came, I also had electricians working in the kitchen. They were able to work around the other people, as well as keep me informed of everything they were doing. Their communication went above and beyond what I expected. They explained the tools, then walked me through how to use the furnace humidifier, and how much longer our filter should hold out. I plan to hire them again.
