He came out to my home and inspected the job to be done. He counted the boards which needed to be replaced. He quoted a price through Angi. I had 2 other quotes and accepted his bid. He started on May31 to power wash the deck. I asked him to move the furniture to the brick patio, he did not. He came back the next day, worked for 4 hours and said he was finished but he needed to sand the deck. He said he needed a check which I gave him for $300.00. He said he wouldn't be back the next day because he was going on a field trip with his girlfriend's daughter. Then Friday he didn't show up so I called him. He had left a message saying his son had a rash and he had to be home with him. Monday he said his son's rash had spread and he was not coming in. Tuesday he showed up and moved the furniture to the patio and I showed him the damage to the siding. He said he would fix it, either replace the siding or paint it. He said he had ordered all the lumber to replace the boards. He stayed less than 1 hour and I haven't seen him since. I have called at least 3 times since and left messages, he has not replied. All I wanted done was someone to power wash the deck, replace some bad boards and repaint the deck, so I contacted Angi. What I got was a horrid mess on the deck which actually left large gouges in the wood and paint stripped off my siding.

The service was excellent. It was done the best. Nick was on time, communicates well, and talk how it would and should be done and he make sure it was done perfectly. He did what he said and he would do.
