Representatives stated leaks indicated new unit needed. Would call back with estimate. Never called back. Called for second opinion with different company - no leaks and unit was in great condition. Very disappointed in Vetter as they have always hired honest, reliable people in the past.

We had a good experience with them. Although I didn't have enough power coming into my house to run everything, and we had to get someone out here to get more power running into my house, and that took quite a bit and cost another $1,000 or so. When they came out and gave me the estimate, they apparently didn't realize we did not have enough power. The air conditioning system was a little bit more heavy duty than my old one and took more power. They did a good job and have come back a couple of times. They had to order a part and fix that. Then they came back to check on a leak and put in freon. There was no charge for that. They've done a good job and have fixed everything that's been done wrong.

They are doing well as they can to make the situation right. They are taking their time and doing all they can to fix it right. I went with them because I have heard reviews from other people. The price is very expensive.

Provider added me to his last call and showed up ahead time ! He had replacement part on his truck. In fact, it was so smooth I forgot to tel y family there was even a problem with heater for 2 days

Arrived at my Canyon Lake property to find my heat was on Aux Heat.....which says the main unit "has a problem". Thermostat read 56 degrees...a bit chill inside. I contacted Vetter for the assessment and they were "booked"......but found a way to get a technician out to our home. The bad news...compressor was grounded. The anticipated value of this repair forced me to call my home warranty company. Dealing with this company can be "challenging".......the short story is I insisted on Vetter handling this repair - as opposed to one of their network providers. Reason...because Vetter has consistently provided responsive and professional support every single time we have called over the past two years. Mike Vetter has a great team - from the ladies in the front office, to his vigilant dispatcher, to the seasoned  technicians who have visited our property. Excellent communication and follow up with the customer is a rare find these days. I am pleased to recommend the Vetter Air team.......I find them a "quality" HVAC provider. <br />

Technician was dispatched about 1 hr after I first called. Abel made adjustment to the thermostat, but couldn't replicate the issue I was having. I appreciate that he did not try to sell a repair without knowing what was causing the issue.

They are prompt, courteous, and professional.  They always check back with me to be sure everything is working properly and to see that I'm satisfied with the work.  Obviously I would use them again and I highly recommend them.

I was working as a volunteer at the time, and Richard worked diligently for hours to get parts and fix the system. Another Vetter employee, Amanda, brought the parts he ordered and even stayed to take pictures of a dog she thought might be adopted by a friend. The dogs would have been miserable without Vetter Air's help. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Vetter Air! When I have a choice, I'll choose you over any others - yours is a company with compassion! <br />

Our air conditioner went out during the recent heat wave in New Braunfels. I called the company and someone was there to service the AC within 2 hours.  The AC was up and running within 30 minutes.  a thorough check was performed.  he found problems that had existed for years and corrected it.  In addition, he added Freon to the system. <br />

I spoke with a nice woman at the office and she promptly scheduled me for that same week. <br /> <br />Trevor showed up two hours later than the scheduled time but he made up for it with his friendliness and professionalism. He wrote everything down for me and stated my units looked and ran really good. I didn't need any freon or anything. I plan on using Vetter air in the fall as well to service my heaters. <br />

I signed up for an annual service agreement with Vetter Air.  I had built a new home and was coming up on my one year warranty end and wanted to make sure that I was doing proper maintenance on new a/c unit.  When Vetter Air came out...they were on time to the minute...my time is valuable and I REALLY APPRECIATED this level of respect for my time.  They did a very thorough check of all installation on unit upstairs and exterior.  They discovered that I was a pound low on freon.  It seems as though when a new a/c unit is installed and if it is a long run on the lines to the outside unit that the new units installed by builders quite often have this problem because the units come with freon...but not enough to account for the lines.  I learned something valuable from Vetter Air that I was able to share with my daughter who also just built a new home.  They also carried the new box filters I needed...buy 2 get 1 free!  Awesome deal.  The price I paid for the annual service agreement included the thorough check up and one more visit to make sure I'm good for the winter and I think they probably saved me that by catching the low freon...they took the time to  educate me on proper maintenance...and that will save me money.  Thanks Vetter Air!  Sheri Wieters

Excellent service and Mike Vetter left brochures on the Trane systems they sell and install.  When this air conditioning/heating unit croakes, we'll be callling Vetter for a new unit.
