We got a free estimate on Monday from Joseph and Hayden (Roofing Inspector and Sales Reps) and our roof was replaced that same Friday—can’t ask for better service! They explained the roof’s condition, how Victors stands out (materials and attic ventilation), and that they offer a free annual assessment after completion. Supplies and a dumpster arrived Thursday. On install day, they protected our property. Darryl, our project manager, kept us informed throughout. Sergio and his crew started around 6 am and finished before 6 pm, replacing all shingles and redecking about half of our 1409+ sq ft roof in one day. Afterward, Shelbi (production admin) quickly responded to our request for more photos. We’re so thankful for our new roof with a 25-year leak-free guarantee!

Shout out to Hayden and Nate for coming out the day I called and staying extra late to answer all my questions and walk through ideas for my roofing project!! Two days later, my new roof is installed, my attic is now well-ventilated, my rafters repaired! Cleanup was immaculate! Thanks to site manager Mason for walking me through every detail and keeping me posted with notes and pictures!

Just replaced a 30-year-old roof and chose Victor's over other companies we received quotes from. We are very happy with the quality of the roof, including the materials and procedures. The process was well-coordinated, professional, and communication during all parts of the process was just right. Sending a shout out to our crew leader and foreman, Miles and Sergio, as well as the entire roofing crew. They were all helpful, responsive, and polite, and took care to protect property and landscaping around the house. We would work with Victor's again.

They were professional from beginning to end. Not high pressure, got up on the roof, and gave us several options. When we chose them, they had us scheduled within a few days. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up the yard beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend Victor's!

Miles and victory did a beautiful job on our roof. Clean and professional. Our roof was a mess. Missing 2x4 boards and a entire side of the roof was old tongue and grove. They took care of it. Also we had a tree that collapsed against a power line that we have been complaining about for 5 months and one call from Victor's and they came out in less than a hour the city came out and fix that issue. Sam sold us a full service roof and he wasn't lying. Worth every penny and the financing was easy and comprehensive

The roof work was done efficiently. It looks great. The roofers did a great job getting the job done and cleaned up after. Victors workers were here at their scheduled time. The project manager made sure we were happy with all. We are very happy with Victors.

Miles was very helpful and professional, he answered all our questions and explained everything very well. Mason was right here every step of the way helping the crew on the roof. He gave us updates as everything progressed, he went above and beyond to find more shingles when we needed them. He was very nice and professional. The crew worked quickly and precise, made sure they had good cover protection on the house. Everything was cleaned up very well and dumpster was removed first thing the next day. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who asked me what company did my roof. Matter a fact my neighbor is calling to get an estimate for his roof.

Victor (not owner) and his work crew have great work ethic. They were hard workers and reminded me of ants, up and down the ladders. Carrying shingles and boards. The only time me they would stop would be to get a bottle of water. Then back at it again. The salesman Joshua and Installation Mgr Dylan were always a phone call away if I had any questions. Would definately recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer.

We had a good experience with Victor’s. Jose was a great salesman educating us and answering all of our questions. He also came back a second time with more samples after we changed our mind on the shingle color. He even took calls on his days off to update the contract. Great service! The day of the crew worked quickly and tried their best to keep the work clean. The caulking was especially precise! We found a few nails in our garage but knew to sweep before pulling ours cars in. Otherwise, the crew cleaned up well, and even blew off our deck to get all the little debris. We did discovered that a section of the attic was missing baffles a few weeks later but they came out super quick to get them in. Amanda and Dylan were especially helpful and pleasant to work with! They were solution oriented anytime we had questions or needed anything resolved. We recommend!
